    Abstract: An LED bulb uses an LED strip suspended between two lead frames of a stem as a light source to provide uniform illumination with wider angles. The lead frames of the stem provide an improved structural stability to the LED strip while maintaining a reliable electrical connection between the components of the stem and the LED strip. The utilization of both top-emitting and side-emitting LEDs on the LED strip further allows lights emitted in directions substantially parallel and perpendicular to the LED strip to cover a wide angle of illumination from the LED bulb.

The dual functioned apparatus for lifting toilet seat can solve this problem by one mode of automatically lifting toilet seat by the mechanism of a seesaw or another mode of manually stepping on footboard to lift the toilet seat with minimum effort by the mechanism of a seesaw. Dual functioned apparatus for lifting toilet seat can be converted simply by changing the hanging position of weighted connectors on levers from the mode of automatically lifting apparatus to the mode of manually lifting apparatus by stepping on footboard and vice versa.

    Abstract: A method for modifying a photomask layout includes the following steps. First, a photomask layout having at least an edge is provided. A plurality of evaluation points are positioned on the edge. Then, the photomask layout is interpreted to have an interpreted photomask layout and an interpreted edge pattern. The interpreted edge pattern is formed by interpreting the above-mentioned edge. After that, a shift between the edge and the interpreted edge and corresponding to each of the evaluation points is calculated. Afterwards, a shift gradient between two evaluation points can be derived from the shift. Finally, a number of segments between each two evaluation points can be estimated.

If the voltage detected by the voltage detection circuit is greater than a second threshold, and a numeric value marking the need of an automatic power on for the Notebook is stored in the register module, the Notebook is driven to perform a power on procedure.

    Abstract: To automatically detect and correct flickers in a video capture device, a frame number generator receives a plurality of frames and generates frame numbers. A storage device stores brightness values of partial pixels of a frame numbered 1. An extractor extracts brightness values of partial pixels of a frame numbered N. A difference summation device computes differences of the brightness values of the partial pixels of the frames numbered 1 and numbered N and sums up the differences to generate a brightness difference summation signal. A flicker detector detects a banding value in the brightness difference summation signal. A flicker corrector uses the banding value and the frame numbers to find a fixed frequency flicker effect in the frames, and generates a flicker correction signal when the fixed frequency flicker effect in the frames is found.

Only about one quarter of water in toilet water tank is enough to flush human liquid waste. Human urinate several times a day and defecate only once a day. Flapper tank ball pendulum can replace flapper tank ball to save huge amount of water to solve the shortage of water supplies in big cities in the States.
