Abstract: When one wants to store an electric cord he/she first has to start to store electric cord either from plug end or socket end. And when he/she wants to use electric cord he/she has to unwind electric cord all the way to expose both plug end and socket end for use. Dual electric cord reels with an open-slotted mutual middle wheel or a fenestrated mutual middle wheel can store the plug side of electric cord in one side of its reel and socket side at the other side of its reel with both plug end and socket end exposed outside. Therefore one can unwind plug end and socket end of electric cord simultaneously to the length he/she needs for use and does not have to unwind whole electric cord for use.

Abstract: A combo wireless system comprises a Bluetooth module, a wireless fidelity (WiFi) module, a single pole triple throw (SP3T) switch and an antenna. The antenna is utilized to transmit/receive Bluetooth signals for the Bluetooth module and to transmit/receive WiFi signals for the WiFi module. The SP3T switch is coupled between the antenna, the Bluetooth module and the WiFi module. The SP3T switch is controlled to select a path for the Bluetooth module to transmit/receive Bluetooth signals through the antenna, to select another path for the WiFi module to transmit WiFi signals through the antenna or to select another path for the WiFi module to receive the WiFi signals through the antenna.

Abstract: A method for fabricating silicon dioxide layer is disclosed. The method includes the following steps. Firstly, a semiconductor substrate is provided. Next, the semiconductor substrate is cleaned with a solution containing hydrogen peroxide to form a chemical oxide layer on the semiconductor substrate. Then, the chemical oxide layer is heated in no oxygen atmosphere, such that the chemical oxide layer forms a compact layer. Then, the semiconductor substrate is heated in oxygen atmosphere to form a silicon dioxide layer between the semiconductor substrate and the compact layer.

Abstract: A method of optimizing multi-set context switch for embedded processors includes the steps of partitioning a plurality of registers into a plurality of register sets based on a live-range-sensitive context-switch procedure that is associated with a usage frequency of each of the registers, storing contents of first target registers according to live set information of a current task, wherein the first target registers are selected from the register sets, determining a next task by an operating system and updating the live set information according to the next task, and restoring contents of second target registers according to the updated live set information, wherein the second target registers are selected from the register sets.
