  • Patent number: 5934079
Abstract: A two-stage base station enclosure heat management system is disclosed. The system eliminates the need for a compressor-driven cooling system while providing heating and cooling temperature regulation for a main chamber and a physically isolated battery chamber.

  • Patent number: 5926426
Abstract: A semiconductor memory device having a single-cycle internal read/write function provides data relocation at high speed. Data is read from a first or source address location and then transferred directly from the sense amps to write drivers for writing to a destination address without latching in the interim. Accordingly, chip area is reduced by elimination of the I/O latch circuits. Since both the data read and write operations are performed during one cycle time, the cycle time is reduced while the bandwidth is increased. The invention has particular application to frame buffer memories and the like.

  • Patent number: 5829719
Abstract: A golf bag according to present invention comprises a bag body, a support stand assembly and a base plate. The bag body has a lower member which has an inclined bottom surface for easy tilting of the bag in relation to the base plate. The none inclined bottom surface of the lower member and the base plate provides a sufficiently large contact area with the ground to provide stable support for the tilted golf bag even on uneven or sloped surface. The golf bag also includes a resilient support spine mounted to the bag body for installing the support stand assembly. The support stand may be mounted either in the interior or on the exterior of the golf bag.

  • Patent number: 5736276
Abstract: A method of fabricating a phase inverted mask comprising the steps of forming a shielding layer pattern on a substrate, injecting oxygen ions into a surface of the shielding layer pattern, and converting the shielding layer pattern having the oxygen ions injected therein into an oxidation layer to thereby form a phase inverted layer.

  • Patent number: 5682351
Abstract: A semiconductor memory device having an internal copy function. The memory device includes a memory cell array composed of a plurality of memory cells coupled to a plurality of bit lines, a plurality of column selectors coupled between the bit lines and an input/output data line for being turned on in response to a column select signal, a data amplifying circuit coupled to the input/output data line for amplifying the readout data, a data storage for receiving and latching the amplified data, and a write driver for outputting the latched data to the input/output data line.

  • Patent number: 5398114
Abstract: A drop-out compensator for a video reproducing apparatus comprises a switch device for selectively outputting a reproduced video signal and a 1H-delayed signal in response to a drop-out detecting signal, a 1H delay circuit for delaying a video signal whose drop-out is compensated and which is output via the switch device, and an automatic level control device for comparing the synchronous signal levels of the reproduced video signal and 1H-delayed signal, amplifying the 1H-delayed signal output from the 1H delay circuit in response to the result of the comparison, thereby adjusting the level of the 1H-delayed signal to be supplied to the switch device to match that of the reproduced video signal. The compensator can automatically adjust the amplitude of a drop-out-compensated signal by comparing the levels of the synchronous signal of a reproduced video signal and the synchronous signal of a 1H-delayed signal and matching the amplitudes of 1H-delayed signal and the reproduced video signal.

  • Patent number: 5274514
Abstract: A picture quality compensating apparatus and method in a video tape recorder compensates picture quality when the control signal of a tape is damaged (or omitted). For this purpose, when the control signal is damaged, the vertical sync pulse is varied so as to be identical with the control signal and is substituted therefore, thus, the phase of a capstan motor is controlled, and at the same time, auto-tracking is carried out, thereby providing a clear picture.
