  • Patent number: 6462331
Abstract: An ion implantation apparatus for integrated circuit manufacturing is disclosed. In an apparatus in accordance with an embodiment of the invention, a current detector detects a current flowing to a turbo pump. A display displays information about the detected current, and a controller determines whether the detected current is within a specified range. If the detected current is not within the specified range, the controller issues a power control signal to, stop the turbo pump. At this time, the controller also stops an ion implantation of the apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20020011620
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a capacitor in a semiconductor device is provided. The capacitor is manufactured by depositing a Ta metal film on a semiconductor substrate, crystallizing the Ta metal film, forming a lower electrode by pattering a predetermined portion of the Ta metal film, forming a TaON film on the lower electrode, and forming an upper electrode on the TaON film. Thus, high capacitance can be obtained accompanied by a reduction in leakage current.

  • Patent number: 6315117
Abstract: A golf bag having a body and support legs pivotally attached to the body and actuated by an actuator rod which is partially hidden inside the body. The actuator rod is actuated by an actuator assembly comprising a base member and an actuator plate. When the bag is tilted, the actuator plate cooperates with the actuator rod to cause the legs to pivot away from the bag body to form a support for the bag. The actuator mechanism and the lower portion of the actuator shaft are located inside the golf bag body. The actuator assembly also includes a cover or a shutter for covering the base member and the actuator plate so the coupling of the actuator rod and the actuator plate is hidden from view.

  • Publication number: 20010007115
Abstract: Output drivers in semiconductor memory devices such as Rambus DRAM prevent degradation of the signal characteristics of a channel bus line in a memory module equipped with the semiconductor memory devices. Each semiconductor memory device includes blocks of memory cells. The data of a memory cell in a block is transmitted to a data input/output line through an output driver for the block. The output driver includes a first transistor connected to a reference voltage (ground) and a second transistor. The first transistor is responsive to the data from the selected block. The second transistor selectively connects the first transistor to the data input/output line in response to a column cycle signal for selecting the block or a read control signal containing calibration information about the characteristics of the data input/output line. Data from the selected block is transmitted to the data input/output line via the first and second transistors when the second transistor responds to the column cycle signal.
