The method also includes forming a source electrode and a drain electrode over the semiconductor layer and the patterned etch-stop. The method further includes removing a portion of the semiconductor layer beyond the source electrode and the drain electrode such that a remaining portion of the semiconductor layer covers the gate insulator in a first overlapping area of the source electrode and the gate electrode and a second overlapping area of the drain electrode and gate electrode.

When the servo motor is under a high speed operation, a sensorless position estimation feedback technology is used as the feedback mode; on the other hand, when the servo motor is under a low speed operation, the switching mode is automatically switched to a position sensing feedback technology. Therefore, the development needs for multi-function, high performance and low cost in the field of the servo motor control are met, and the conventional problem is solved that, when being applied to a servo driving system having a wide speed range, the single use of the position sensing feedback technology or the sensorless position estimation feedback technology fails to satisfy the application for a wide speed range.

Each of the floating repair lines bridges across each of any two adjacent pixels so as to be used for the repair of open lines on scan lines, data lines and common lines in the display panel as required. The display panel of the present invention having a repair structure integrates each of the floating repair lines between each of any two adjacent pixels so as to form new substitutional signal transmission routes of various types of open lines. The substitutional signal transmission route is able to reduce the resistive-capacitive delay of the repaired display panel and the impedance of repaired lines, and avoid signal decay and distortion.

In the method for controlling the starting of the motor, a starting angle position region of the motor is calculated simply by using the rotor rotation signal of the motor, without additionally arranging a Hall sensor, so as to save a cost of a Hall device and an assembling cost. Furthermore, accuracy for estimating the starting position region can be increased according to an accuracy specification of products, thereby achieving a high flexibility.
