    Abstract: A broadband panel array antenna includes a polarization layer, a radiating layer and a feed layer which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom. The feed layer is used for converting a single path of TE10 mode signals into a plurality of paths of same-power in-phase TE10 mode signals and transmitting the plurality of paths of TE10 mode signals to the radiating layer. The radiating layer is used for radiating the plurality of paths of TE10 mode signals from the feed layer to a free space. The polarization layer is used for rotating the polarization direction of an electric field generated by the radiating layer to reduce the side lobe in an E-plane direction diagram and an H-plane direction diagram. The broadband panel array antenna has the advantages of being low in side lobe, high in gain and efficiency, and low in machining cost.

    Abstract: A method for enzymatic preparation of fludarabine phosphate, comprising reaction of fludarabine with a high-energy phosphate compound under the action of deoxyribonucleic acid kinase. According to said method, acetate kinase and acetyl phosphate free acid or acetyl phosphate are also added. The technical problems present in the existing processes are successfully addressed by employing the enzymatic process to prepare the fludarabine phosphate. The usage of the high-energy phosphate compound is reduced by means of adding acetate kinase to recycle and regenerate a small amount of the high-energy phosphate compound, thereby reducing the generation of by-products having similar structures to the fludarabine phosphate, enhancing the operation convenience of purification steps in the industrial production of the fludarabine phosphate. The process is environment friendly, the reaction conditions are moderate, the cost is low, and the yield and the purity of the product obtained are high.

    Abstract: A method and a sensor for detecting L-cystine are disclosed. The method is implemented by assembling a sodium 3,3?-dithiodipropane sulfonate (SPS) membrane on a surface of Au membrane layer of an Au electrode and using an extended gate of field effect transistor (FET) and in-situ signal amplification of the FET to detect L-cystine sensitively. The polyanion of the SPS membrane adsorbs and binds a positively charged target L-cystine through electrostatic interaction, thus forming an electric double layer structure to generate a membrane potential identifying a monovalent organic ammonium ion. The sensor includes the FET, wherein a gate-extended gold electrode is arranged on the FET, and the SPS membrane is assembled on the surface of the Au membrane layer of the gate-extended gold electrode. The sensor has an excellent Nernst response to L-cystine.
