    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for co-production of hydrofluorocarbons, which includes the steps of: preheating a mixture of chlorinated olefin and hydrogen fluoride; transferring the mixture to the top of a reactor; simultaneously introducing 1,1,1,2,3,3-hexafluoropropene and dichloromethane to the middle of the reactor for reaction; dividing the reactor into three to six sections; filling each section with a catalyst; obtaining reaction products at an outlet of the reactor; and separating the reaction products to obtain various hydrofluorocarbon products, respectively. The present disclosure has the advantages of a high yield, an optimal selectivity and a low energy consumption.

    Abstract: Provided are a robot positioning method and apparatus, an intelligent robot, and a storage medium. The method includes: configuring a camera and various sensors on a robot so that the robot may acquire an image collected by the camera and various sensing data collected by the various sensors (step 101); next extracting semantic information contained in the collected image (step 102) and identifying, according to the semantic information, a scenario where the robot is currently identified (step 103); finally, determining a current position of the robot according to target sensing data corresponding to the scenario where the robot is located (step 104). In the method, the sensing data used during determining the pose of the robot is not all the sensing data, but is the target sensing data corresponding to the scenario. Therefore, the basis for determining the pose is more targeted, thus further improving the accuracy of the pose.

This kind of material has fluoride that can form crystal water to form hydrated metal fluoride, and has strong water absorption properties. Moreover, the anhydrous fluoride and activated carbon do not have to face the problem of being corroded by HF, and the collapse of framework structure and the secondary pollution to HF from reaction products would not be caused. The material has the advantages of high purity and extremely low moisture content when being used for efficiently removing moisture in HF.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for enhancing leaching of metals in zinc hypoxide powder by mechanochemistry coupling with sonochemistry, comprising the following: mechanical activation: a raw material containing zinc hypoxide powder is mechanically activated so that an activated material is obtained; and ultrasonic treatment: the activated material is mixed with an acidic leaching solution to obtain a mixture, the mixture is subjected to ultrasonic treatment, and a liquid phase is obtained as the leachate. Mechanochemical activation and ultrasonic chemistry synergistically enhance the leaching efficiency and leaching rate of multiple metals through the destruction and cavitation of the zinc oxide powder structure. This process can indirectly reduce the concentration of the used acidic leaching solution and shorten the leaching duration.

The amorphous layer can inhibit slip or dislocation during epitaxial growth, thereby improving the quality of the metal nitride layer and improving the performance of the semiconductor structure, while the metal nitride layer can realize self-supporting.

The present invention can efficiently and rapidly inhibit the proliferation of cells of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma and essentially cause no damage to normal cells.
