  • Publication number: 20150206207
Abstract: A pricing rule is created for governing a manner in which pricing of cloud services is adjusted. The pricing rule includes pricing rule configuration information defining an outcome of the pricing rule when applied to cloud service prices and a pricing rule context defining a boundary within which the pricing rule must be implemented to thereby cause the pricing rule to be applied to the cloud service prices. The pricing rule configuration information can specify a pricing adjustment mode, a type of price upon which the pricing rule is to be applied, an entity to which the outcome of pricing rule is to be allocated, and a category of charge upon which the pricing rule is to be applied. The pricing rule context can include a context basis and one or more context basis selections.

  • Publication number: 20150199556
Abstract: Systems and methods for using image warping to improve geo-registration feature matching in vision-aided positioning is provided. In at least one embodiment, the method comprises capturing an oblique optical image of an area of interest using an image capturing device. Furthermore, digital elevation data and at least one geo-referenced orthoimage of an area that includes the area of interest are provided. The area of interest in the oblique optical image is then correlated with the digital elevation data to create an image warping matrix. The at least one geo-referenced orthoimage is then warped to the perspective of the oblique optical image using the image warping matrix. • Patent number: 9081516
Abstract: A calibrating memory interface circuit is described wherein prior to a calibration operation at least a portion of application information contained in a memory circuit is moved or copied to an alternate location to preserve that information. At the completion of the calibration operation, the information is restored to the same location of the memory circuit. Thus, the calibration operation can be performed from time to time during normal operation of a system containing the memory circuit. Non-limiting examples of calibration operations are described including operations where a capture clock for a memory read circuit is calibrated, and operations where CAS latency compensation is calibrated for a DDR memory interface.

  • Patent number: 9076042
Abstract: A camera system comprises an image capturing device, object detection module, object tracking module, and match classifier. The object detection module receives image data and detects objects appearing in one or more of the images. The object tracking module temporally associates instances of a first object detected in a first group of the images. The first object has a first signature representing features of the first object. The match classifier matches object instances by analyzing data derived from the first signature of the first object and a second signature of a second object detected in a second image. The second signature represents features of the second object derived from the second image. The match classifier determine whether the second signature matches the first signature. A training process automatically configures the match classifier using a set of possible object features.
