  • Patent number: 11295179
Abstract: Methods, systems, and techniques for monitoring an object-of-interest within a region involve receiving at least data from two sources monitoring a region and correlating that data to determine that an object-of-interest depicted or represented in data from one of the sources is the same object-of-interest depicted or represented in data from the other source. Metadata identifying that the object-of-interest from the two sources is the same object-of-interest is then stored for later use in, for example, object tracking.

  • Publication number: 20220102884
Abstract: The connector portion of a flex connector may be integrated into a socket, by forming a complete cutout in the socket in which the connector is located, or by forming the socket with a portion having a reduced thickness relative to the rest of the socket, with the connector being positioned in this portion of reduced thickness between the socket and an MLB. Another flex connector may be formed vertically above the first flex connector, mounted to the top surface of the package and clamped in place by a heat sink on top of the stack. Providing both top and bottom flex connectors may multiply the number of available connections for a given footprint. A heatsink positioned on top of the stack may include a spring assembly on a bottom portion to engage specified portions of the stack with a predefined force to ensure correct loading.

  • Publication number: 20220102281
Abstract: A digitally communicative circuit may use standardized interfaces for connection and communication with other circuit components. Such digitally communicative circuit may benefit from using wider variety of interconnect schemes with the respective interfaces for transmission and reception of data. Some chiplets may communicate using a high data bandwidth interface while other chiplets may communicate using interfaces with lower data bandwidth. Alternate interface is introduced that may facilitate scaled communication with Advanced Interface Bus 2.0 without translation circuitry and with different data bandwidth.

  • Patent number: 11290453
Abstract: Systems and methods for authenticating presumptively incompatible elements in a digital network are provided. A method may include receiving an access request from a client node in the network. The access request may be requesting access to an application in the network. The access request may be associated with a uniform resource identifier (“URI”). The method may include extracting a target application from the URI. The method may include determining an authentication protocol that is supported by the target application. The method may include generating, based on the authentication protocol, a series of one or more authentication tests that, in combination, satisfy the authentication protocol. The authentication tests may satisfy the authentication protocol even when the client node natively supports a different authentication protocol. The method may include executing the series of authentication tests to authenticate the client node vis-à-vis the target application.

  • Publication number: 20220084514
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for validation of speech commands from an aircraft pilot. The method comprises receiving a speech command from the aircraft pilot with a voice communication device that is part of a cockpit system. Next, the speech command is decoded into a computer readable format. The decoded speech command is then checked against the present aircraft state as indicated by avionic sensors of the aircraft and against an approved pre-condition that is stored in a pre-condition database. The decoded speech command is validated if the decoded speech command is consistent with the present aircraft state and consistent with the approved pre-condition. An input to the cockpit system is updated to execute the speech command from the aircraft pilot if the decoded speech command is validated.

  • Publication number: 20220083492
Abstract: Conventionally, for processing multi-legged orders, matching engines were implemented in software and were connected through Ethernet which is very slow in terms of throughput. Such traditional trading systems failed to process orders of tokens on different machines and these were summarily rejected. Present disclosure provides multiple FPGA system being optimized for processing/executing multi-legged orders. The system includes a plurality of FPGAs which are interconnected for communication via a PCIe port of a multi-port PCIe switch. Each FPGA comprise a net processing layer, a matcher, and a look-up table. Each FPGA is configured to process tokens (e.g., securities, etc.). If orders to be processed are for tokens on same FPGA where the order is received, then tokens are processed locally. Else net processing layer of a specific FPGA routes to specific order request to another FPGA where the tokens (securities) are located thereby reducing the latency and improving overall throughput.
