  • Patent number: 7234769
Abstract: When a vehicle is rear-ended and a seated user moves rearward in reaction to the rear-end collision, a load movement of a lumbar part of the seated user is sufficiently transmitted from a pressure plate of operating force generating means to an operating force generating mechanism, regardless of an amount of rearward tilting of a seat back. Then, a pressure roller serving as a driven member of the operating force generating mechanism largely deflects and sufficiently pulls inner cables of respective pulling cable devices, thereby smoothly moving both end portions of a headrest frame upward. As a result, the headrest frame is moved upward smoothly and reliably, and a headrest is moved in an upward-forward direction, that is, toward the head of the seated user smoothly and reliably.

  • Publication number: 20060256469
Abstract: The present invention aims to improve the efficiency of a clamping step for combining a flange with a shaft and to improve productivity. The shaft and the flange are previously tentatively combined in the tentative clamping step. In the tentative clamping step, a concave part at the end of the shaft is pressurized by a metal mold such as a ball to be enlarged to an outer circumferential direction, and then, pressurizing this concave part against the inner circumference of the flange, the concave part is fixed. The combined body made by tentatively combining the shaft and the flange is strongly combined in a proper clamping step. In order to correct a distortion such as a warpage of the flange that has been solidly combined by the proper clamping step, sandwiching the flange by the upper and lower metals, the flange is pressurized and a flash molding is carried out.

  • Publication number: 20060248168
Abstract: A relay apparatus 30 issues a new sub-address at a timing when mobile phones (10a, 10b) requested content from a CP server apparatuses (20a, 20b), that is, at a timing when a sub-address is required. The content specified by this sub-address is distributed from the CP server apparatuses via the relay apparatus (30) to the mobile phones. In system of the present invention it is possible to utilize the same sub-address many times for different content items. It is therefore possible to avoid increasing the number of digits of the sub-address as well as the complexity of the sub-address structure, in a case where the types of content or the number of content items increases.
