  • Publication number: 20240314093
Abstract: An electronic message computing system tracks new activity items that reflect activities that have not yet been seen by the user. A. generative artificial intelligence (AI) model generates a digest summary that is provided to the user the next time the user accesses the electronic message system. The digest summary summarizes new activity. The generative AI model also generates importance summaries that summarize the importance of a particular activity to the user, and content summaries that summarize the content of an activity item (such as an electronic mail message). The electronic messaging system also assigns a priority to each new activity item and provides the summaries, along with a priority, to a client computing system. The client computing system conducts a user experience, navigating the user through the new activity items, based upon the priority assigned by the electronic message computing system.

  • Patent number: 12084186
Abstract: A drop kit that attaches to a pair of parallel picatinny rails one drone uses a pair of drop mechanisms that hold one side of a load bearing basket. The opposing side of the basket is pivotally secured to a goggle plate. Each drop mechanism is attached to one of the rails and the goggle plate to both of the rails via a spring-loaded centering clamp system. The drop mechanisms use a drop cam that rotates between and open and closed position so that when the drone arrives at a desired spot, a signal is provided to a pair of motors, each motor associated with one of the drop mechanisms, in order to rotate the drop cam into its open position, releasing its side of the basket with the opposing side of the basket pivoting and then falling free of the goggle plate.

  • Publication number: 20240296558
Abstract: A method for performing a non-invasive periodontal examination on a subject. The method comprises obtaining a first optical image of the surface of an intra-oral area of the subject, the intra-oral area containing at least one tooth and a corresponding gum and obtaining a second image of the intra-oral area of the subject, wherein the second image contains an image of the hard tissue covered by the soft tissue. The hard tissue includes bone and teeth. The method further comprises merging the optical image and the second image into a fused image such that the tooth and part of the gum in the fused image are based on the optical image and wherein any bone in the fused image is based on the second image and estimating the periodontal distance between a soft tissue landmark and a hard tissue landmark for each tooth in the intra-oral area based on the fused image.

  • Publication number: 20240293211
Abstract: A wear-out assessment for an oral care system (14) (e.g. an oral cleaning device) is disclosed. A sensor unit (16) of the oral care system is adapted to provide a sensor signal related to a cleaning efficacy of a cleaning function of the oral care system when generated when the oral care system is inside a user's mouth. The sensor unit (16) may be, or may be coupled to, a component which is used during execution of an oral care function of the device, for example a sensor for detecting cleaning progress in the mouth, or a component which drives a cleaning or treatment action in the mouth. In accordance with the invention, the sensor signal (20) generated when the oral care system is outside the mouth is used for performing a wear-out assessment. As relevant components used by the oral care system (14) for the oral care function wear, characteristics of the sensor signal (20) may change in a predictable way, which can be used to identify when a wear-out state has been reached.

  • Patent number: 12079391
Abstract: Method starts with processor causing virtual reality (VR) interface for communication session to be displayed on first user interface of a first head-wearable apparatus and on second user interface of second head-wearable apparatus. Processor detects first touch input from first VR input device and second touch input from second VR input device. Processor monitors location of the first touch input within the first user interface and location of the second touch input within second user interface. Processor determines distance between location of the first touch input within first user interface and location on first user interface corresponding to location of second touch input within second user interface. Processor causes first and second VR input devices to generate haptic feedback response based on the distance. Haptic feedback response increases in intensity or speed as distance decreases and decreases in intensity or speed as distance increases. Other embodiments are described herein.
