The method may include: judging, in response to receiving a service request, whether the service request matches a preset shunt rule, the preset shunt rule including a request content and a request context; and forwarding, in response to judging that the service request matches the preset shunt rule, the service request to a service cluster corresponding to the preset shunt rule matching the preset service request.

Abstract: A method for preparing an ultrathin two-dimensional (2D) monocrystalline nanosheet, the method including: 1) placing BiX3 powder where X=I, Br, or Cl in a crucible, and putting the crucible on a first heating zone of a furnace disposed at a gas inlet of a quartz tube; placing substrates covered with metal sheets on a second heating zone of the furnace disposed at a gas outlet of the quartz tube; 2) vacuumizing the quartz tube; pumping Ar gas into the quartz tube until the air pressure is 101.325 kPa; pumping a carrier gas into the quartz tube; and 3) heating and maintaining the second heating zone; heating the first heating zone for BiX3 evaporation until producing chemical reaction between BiX3 and the metal sheets, and preparing ultrathin 2D nanosheets on the substrates simultaneously; and cooling the substrate naturally to 15-30° C.

Abstract: Provided are four crystal forms, A, B, C and D, of demethyleneberberine hydrochloride, and a preparation method therefor, and further provided are X-ray powder diffraction characteristic absorption peaks, infrared absorption peaks and DSC spectra of the four crystal forms. The X-ray powder diffraction characteristic diffraction peaks of the crystal forms are at about 8.205°, 8.805°, 10.817°, 14.835°, 15.479°, 16.668°, 17.492°, 18.529°, 20.656°, 21.536°, 23.538°, 25.657°, 26.192°, and 28.808°. A preparation method for the four crystal forms of the demethyleneberberine hydrochloride is also involved. The preparation method has a simple process, a high yield and a low cost; and has a high product purity and a stable quality.

Abstract: The present invention provides a graphene structure having graphene bubbles and a preparation method for the same. The preparation method comprises: providing a substrate; forming a hydrogen terminated layer on a top surface of the substrate and a graphene layer disposed on a top surface of the hydrogen terminated layer; and placing a probe on the graphene layer and applying a preset voltage to the probe, to excite a part of the hydrogen terminated layer at a position corresponding to the probe to convert into hydrogen, the hydrogen causing the graphene layer at a position corresponding to the hydrogen to bulge, so as to form a graphene bubble enveloping the hydrogen.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method, according to one embodiment, includes: sending one or more instructions to a web crawler to identify presentation videos on the internet and capture video data therefrom. In response, video data which corresponds to various presentation videos on the internet is received from the web crawler. The video data is used to define influence factors, such that different combinations of the influence factors represent different conditions of a presenter in the presentation videos. The video data is also used to define labels, where different combinations of the labels represent different conditions of one or more audience members in the presentation videos. Furthermore, structured data is generated by correlating certain presenter conditions with certain audience conditions, and the structured data is stored in memory.

Abstract: Methods and systems for suppressing shadowgraphic flow projection artifacts in OCT angiography images of a sample are disclosed. In one example approach, normalized OCT angiography data is analyzed at the level of individual A-scans to classify signals as either flow or projection artifact. This classification information is then used to suppress projection artifacts in the three dimensional OCT angiography dataset.

Abstract: A system and method predicts a phenotypic trait for an individual. The system identifies a subset of SNP loci with predictive ability of the phenotypic trait. The system calculates a PRS for the individual based on the individual's genetic dataset at the identified subset of SNP loci. The system compares the PRS to a threshold PRS. The threshold PRS is determined by calculating, for each training individual of a plurality of training individuals including some reported to have and some reported to not have the phenotypic trait, a PRS, sweeping through a domain of PRS while calculating a true positive rate and a false positive rate, and then identifying an optimal threshold PRS as the threshold PRS. The system generates a prediction whether the individual has the phenotypic trait based on the comparison.
