    Abstract: A method for measuring a carrier in deactivated state is provided in this invention, comprising receiving a configuration mode that does not take effect immediately by a user terminal UE; if a deactivation control signaling for a carrier is received by the UE or if a carrier timer of the UE expires, switching the carrier from activated state to deactivated state, and measuring the carrier in deactivated state by the UE; or if an activation control signaling for a carrier in deactivated state that is being measured is received by the UE, terminating measurement of the carrier in deactivated state by the UE. Through controllable deactivated carrier measurement, the UE reduces battery power consumption and improves system performance. This invention also discloses an apparatus for measuring a carrier in deactivated state and a base station.

In the present invention, due to the curved vertical section line of the front fairing of the suspension, inner space of the suspension is met only in the position requiring greater inner space, thus enabling the engine to be mounted close to the wing without additional devices; and the fairing aerodynamic surface of the suspension will not extend to the upper surface of the wing, avoiding interference of the suspension with the wing during cruising.

    Abstract: Disclosed are methods and systems for measuring areas of nonperfusion in the retina using OCT imaging. The disclosed methods and systems allow for the automated segmentation and quantification of avascular areas of the retina utilizing information obtained from both structural OCT and OCT angiography (OCTA) data. The disclosed methods include filtering approaches which enhance vessel structure while suppressing noise, dynamic thresholding approaches to mitigate the detrimental effects of within-scan variability and low scan quality, and distance transform-based approaches to improve detection of ischemic regions. When combined with methods such as projection-resolved OCTA, the sensitivity to detect nonperfusion within different plexuses of the inner retina is demonstrated. In the clinical setting of diabetic retinopathy, the disclosed methods and systems show high sensitivity and specificity to detect the mild non-proliferative form of the disease with high reproducibility.

Since the present invention utilizes the graphene as a passivation layer to inhibit the formation of unstable oxide GeOx on the surface of the Ge-based substrate and to stop mutual diffusion between the gate dielectric and the Ge-based substrate, the interface property between Ge and the high-k gate dielectric layer is improved.
