    Abstract: A battery controller includes an auxiliary measurement energy-storing component, a control unit, a measuring unit and a protection unit. The auxiliary measurement energy-storing component is coupled in series to a battery module outside the controller, and configured to provide an open-circuited voltage. The control unit is configured to output a power value of the battery module according to the open-circuited voltage or a value of current flowing through the battery module. The measuring unit is configured to measure the current flowing through the battery module and transmit the measuring result to the control unit. The protection unit is configured to limit the value of current measured by the measuring unit to a predetermined value. A battery level measurement method of the battery controller is also disclosed.

According to the present disclosure, a hybrid mode of monopolar cutting and bipolar coagulation may be enabled on one same operating instrument, which not only overcomes respective shortcomings of conventional monopolar output and conventional bipolar output, but also integrates respective advantages of monopolar output and bipolar output.

    Abstract: A charging device and a safety function control circuit and method thereof are provided. When a charging device is not connected to a load, a converted voltage value of a power connection terminal of the charging device is kept to be lower than a safe voltage value so as to maintain a safe mode. The safety function control circuit includes a first control module and a second control module for constant voltage control. The first control module and the second control module perform matching control on a power conversion circuit of the charging device, and in case of a single fault of one of the control modules, the other module is still capable of keeping the converted voltage value to be less than the safe voltage value. Thus, it is ensured that the safe mode stays functional in case of a concurrency of both a single hardware fault and a single firmware fault.

When it is determined that the brain waves correspond to the stable state, the processor determines whether the brain waves match some emotional status among the emotional statuses. When the brain waves match the emotional status, the output/input device outputs information regarding the pet being in the emotional status. When the brain waves do not match any of the emotional statuses in the emotion template, the processor updates the emotion template based on a confirm operation and the characteristic values.

    Abstract: An artificial non-coding RNA (ncRNA) module constructed by a synthetic biology technique and the use of the artificial ncRNA module in the construction of an artificial nitrogen fixation system are disclosed. The RNA module can enhance the post-transcriptional stability of nifHDK mRNA by interacting with a nitrogenase coding gene nifHDK mRNA, thereby improving the nitrogen fixation ability of a chassis microorganism. A fusion expression vector carrying the artificial RNA module is constructed and transformed into different chassis nitrogen-fixing microorganisms. It is confirmed through experiments that, under nitrogen fixation conditions, the artificial RNA module of the present disclosure can significantly improve the nitrogenase activity of a recombinant engineering bacterial strain.
