    Abstract: Disclosed herein are related to performing layout verification of a layout design of an integrated circuit having a slanted layout component. In one aspect, the slanted layout component having a side slanted from a base axis is detected. In one aspect, an offset angle of the side of the slanted layout component with respect to the base axis is determined. In one aspect, the slanted layout component is rotated according to the offset angle to obtain a rotated layout component. The rotated layout component may have a rotated side in parallel with or perpendicular to the base axis. In one aspect, layout verification can be performed on the rotated layout component with respect to the base axis.

    Abstract: A new type of reinforced concrete coupling beam confined by discontinuous steel plates is proposed. The proposed coupling beam confined includes longitudinal reinforcements, transverse reinforcements, concrete, and first and second web side steel plates. Longitudinal reinforcements are placed along the first direction. Transverse reinforcements are placed perpendicular to the first direction and to enclose the longitudinal reinforcements. Longitudinal reinforcements and transverse reinforcements are embedded in the concrete to form a reinforced concrete coupling beam. The reinforced concrete coupling beam has first and second surfaces opposite to each other on web sides, and third and fourth surfaces opposite to each other on flange sides. The first web side steel plate is placed on the first surface of the reinforced concrete coupling beam. The thermal chemical vapor coated article is industrial equipment requiring resistance to protein adsorption. The coating is resistant to the protein adsorption and is on a substrate heated during the thermal decomposition.
