    Abstract: A method of transferring a semiconductor wafer includes lifting the semiconductor wafer with a first semiconductor wafer support device. The first semiconductor wafer support device includes lift pins configured to contact a backside surface of the semiconductor wafer. At least one of the lift pins includes a supporting pillar configured to support the semiconductor wafer and a stress-reducing element having an elastic segment. The supporting pillar has a first end and a second end, and the stress-reducing element is connected to either of them to reduce contact stress between the lift pins and the semiconductor wafer. The method includes maneuvering a transfer blade under the semiconductor wafer, lowering the lift pins of the first semiconductor wafer support device such that the semiconductor wafer is supported by the transfer blade, and transferring the semiconductor wafer from a first location to a second location with the transfer blade.

The control means determines which of a plurality of state groups the memory cells of the first and second sets belong according to the data states determined. The control means determines which one of a plurality of bit line voltage biases to be applied to the bit lines coupled to the memory cells of the first set during a verify operation based on a comparison of state groups of the memory cells of the first set and the second set.

The pharmaceutical composition of the present disclosure has a high concentration of the drug, and can effectively reduce the dosing volume to about 2 ml-8 ml, and achieve an efficient drug delivery for high-dose treatment of patients.
