    Abstract: Examples are described herein for facilitating responses to computing device service requests. In various examples, natural language processing may be performed on a plurality of incoming computing device service requests associated with a plurality of computing devices. A plurality of embeddings corresponding to the plurality of computing device service requests may be generated based on the natural language processing. Based on distances between each of a particular subset of the embeddings in an embedding space, a trending service issue associated with the computing device service requests corresponding to the particular subset may be predicted. The trending service issue may be provided to a computing device servicer associated with resolving a new incoming computing device service request.

    Abstract: Examples are described of digital zoom retaining image characteristics such as sharpness, clarity, and/or contrast. In some aspects, a device can receive an image and can determine various image characteristic scores corresponding to digitally zoomed variants of the image having different zoom strengths. For instance, the device can determine a first image characteristic score for a first zoom strength and a second image characteristic score for a second zoom strength. The device can compare the image characteristic scores to an image characteristic threshold, and can select the highest zoom strength for which the corresponding image characteristic score is not below the image characteristic threshold. For example, the device can select the first zoom strength if the first image characteristic score meets or exceeds the image characteristic threshold while the second image characteristic score does not. The device can output image data corresponding to the image at the selected zoom strength.

The request can include a first field comprising the communication endpoint identifier, a second field comprising the site identifier for the web site, and a third field comprising a session identifier for the computing device. The system can determine a virtual phone number to assign to a combination of the values of the fields provided in the request, and create a link between the assigned virtual number and the combination. The system can provide the assigned virtual phone number to the computing device that initiated the request.
