  • Patent number: 4184880
Abstract: Aqueous diorganopolysiloxane emulsions containing dispersed inorganic silicates which have been treated with an organosilicon compound to impart hydrophobic properties thereto. The resultant dispersions may be employed as release agents especially in molding tires.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 28, 1977
Date of Patent: January 22, 1980
    Assignee: Wacker-Chemie GmbH
    Inventors: Peter Huber, Jurgen Meusel
  • Patent number: 4076672
Abstract: A composition containing a mixture of (a) an aqueous emulsion obtained from the emulsion polymerization of a diorganopolysiloxane having an average viscosity of at least 20,000 cSt at 25.degree. C and component (b) which is selected from the class consisting of (i) a paraffin wax, (ii) a perfluoropolymer in which some of the fluoro groups may be substituted with chlorine atoms and mixtures thereof. The composition is applied as a lubricant to organic fibres to improve their slip properties.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 29, 1976
Date of Patent: February 28, 1978
    Assignee: Wacker-Chemie GmbH
Inventors: Peter Huber, Helga Lampelzammer, Ewald Pirson, Franz Wimmer
  • Patent number: 4074303
Abstract: A semiconductor rectifier device including an inner layer of semiconductor material of a first conductivity type and an outer layer of first conductivity type but having a higher doping concentration than the inner layer with the outer layer formed with a plurality of islands of opposite conductivity type which do not extend completely through the outer layer so as to provide a semiconductor rectifier device which has greatly improved resistance to high voltage breakdown particularly in the reverse direction.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: January 20, 1976
Date of Patent: February 14, 1978
    Assignee: Siemens Aktiengesellschaft
    Inventors: Hansjochen Benda, Peter Huber
  • Patent number: 4045602
Abstract: A process for improving the adhesion of an organopolysiloxane elastomer to a substrate which comprises (1) coating the substrate with a copolymer containing (a) 2-hydroxypropyl acrylate and/or 2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate and (b) at least one olefinically unsaturated monomer, (2) applying a room temperature vulcanizable organopolysiloxane composition to the coated substrate and thereafter (3) curing the organopolysiloxane composition.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 17, 1976
Date of Patent: August 30, 1977
    Assignee: Wacker-Chemie GmbH
Inventors: Oswin Sommer, Peter Huber, Alois Strasser
  • Patent number: 4027330
Abstract: A matrix to be used for fabricating disc shaped record carriers is produced by illuminating a photolacquer layer with a laser beam while the layer moves transverse to the beam axis and by controlling the beam so that it simultaneously produces a succession of spots modulated according to the information recorded and a continuous strip narrower than the spots and serving to provide a track guide for the scanning element of a playback device with which such a record carrier is to be used.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 27, 1974
Date of Patent: May 31, 1977
    Assignee: TED-Bildplatten Aktiengesellschaft, AEG-Telefunken, TELDEC
Inventors: Stefan Maslowski, Peter Huber, Horst Redlich
  • Patent number: 3983272
Abstract: A method for improving the lubricity and antistatic properties of organic fibers comprising coating the fibers with a composition containing a diorganopolysiloxane, a phosphorous compound capable of imparting antistatic properties to the fibers, and, if desired, paraffin waxes.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: January 24, 1975
Date of Patent: September 28, 1976
    Assignee: Wacker-Chemie GmbH
