  • Publication number: 20090153075
Abstract: When temperature variation occurs to the LED dice of an LED lighting system, a feedback control mechanism is applied to compensate temperature-related wavelength shift for precisely controlling the light generated by the LED dice based on the voltage drop variation or current variation of the LED dice. The color control method for the LED lighting system includes a preliminary detection phase and a feedback control phase. In the preliminary detection phase, voltage drop signals or current signals together with corresponding color and hue signals of each LED module of the LED lighting system are detected. In the feedback control phase, signal compensating processes are performed to precisely control the light generated by the LED lighting system based on the voltage drop variation or the current variation in conjunction with the corresponding color and hue signals generated in the preliminary detection phase.

  • Publication number: 20090085664
Abstract: By making use of two common-source amplifying units having a shared DC bias in conjunction with two current units or an extra amplifying unit, a power amplifier is capable of providing a high output power in a high power-gain operation and achieving a low power biasing consumption in a low power-gain operation. The two current units are utilized to provide auxiliary bias currents for diverting part of two bias currents corresponding to the shared DC bias for the two amplifying units so that the output power can be boosted in the high power-gain operation. Also, the extra amplifying unit can be coupled in series with the two amplifying units for improving the output power of the power amplifier in the high power-gain operation. The shared DC bias provides same bias current to the two amplifying units for achieving the low power biasing consumption in the low power-gain operation.

  • Publication number: 20070210204
Abstract: A packing structure for immovably mounting a tape holder on a tape dispenser includes a rubber seat having a conical body and defining an axially extended central bore. An upper edge of the conical body is provided with a plurality of equally spaced lugs, and a slot is centered between two adjacent lugs to extend downward by a predetermined distance. The seat is connected to an inner end of a sleeve in the tape holder and then mounted on a fixing bar of the tape dispenser. When a turning knob of the tape dispenser is turned to tighten the tape holder against the fixing bar, the conical and slotted seat enhances the tightening effect, and the slots on the seat allow adjusting of a tightness of the tape holder against the fixing bar.

  • Publication number: 20070210205
Abstract: A tightening mechanism for adjustably setting a tape holder to an immovable state on a tape dispenser includes a tape holder being provided at an axially outer end with a flared round recess, a bushing ring having a bevel wall and being fitted in the flared round recess, and a locating member slightly smaller than the bushing ring for fitly seating in the bushing ring. A turning knob having a spring put thereon is sequentially extended through the locating member and the bushing ring to screw into a fixing bar, on which the tape holder is mounted. When the knob is turned, a tightness of the bushing ring against the flared round recess is progressively changed to thereby adjust the tape holder to different degrees of immobility, allowing the tape dispenser to apply to tapes of different adhesion ability.

  • Publication number: 20070159181
Abstract: A voltage detection system comprising a first circuit board, a second circuit board, and a voltage detection circuit. The voltage detection circuit comprises a first connection unit, a second connection unit, a resistor, and a voltage detection unit. Dummy lines of the first and second connection units are coupled in series. When lines of the first and second connection units are not aligned to lines of the first and second circuit boards, an entirety equivalent impedance of the dummy lines is decreased. When detecting that the entirety of equivalent impedance is decreased to be less than a predetermined value, the voltage detection unit enables a control signal.

  • Patent number: 6635114
Abstract: The present invention generally provides a deposition chamber for depositing materials which require vaporization, especially low volatility precursors, which are transported as a liquid to a vaporizer to be converted to vapor phase through one or more vaporizing elements and which must be transported at elevated temperatures to prevent unwanted condensation on chamber components. In one aspect, the chamber comprises a series of heated temperature controlled internal liners as vaporizing surfaces which are configured for rapid removal, cleaning and/or replacement and preferably are made of a material having a thermal coefficient of expansion close to that of the deposition material. The vaporizing surfaces “flash” sprayed liquid precursors on the surface of the vaporizing surfaces and then purify the flashed precursors before flowing further into the system.
