  • Publication number: 20150372225
Abstract: A method of forming a memory device that in one embodiment may include forming a magnetic tunnel junction on a first electrode using an electrically conductive mask and subtractive etch method. Following formation of the magnetic tunnel junction, at least one dielectric layer is deposited to encapsulate the magnetic tunnel junction. Ion beam etching/Ion beam milling may then remove the portion of the at least one dielectric layer that is present on the electrically conductive mask, wherein a remaining portion of the at least one dielectric layer is present over the first electrode. A second electrode may then be formed in contact with the electrically conductive mask.

  • Publication number: 20150367778
Abstract: Lane feature data is processed to compute a feed-forward lane curvature of a left lane boundary and a right lane boundary. A look-ahead lane width and a near lane width are computed based on left and right lane boundaries. A lane width increase is computed to detect a lane split or lane merge based on differences between increasing lane widths. A side of the vehicle on which the lane split or merge occurred is identified or determined. The lane boundary on the side on which the lane split or merged occurred is ignored, and a single-sided lane centering calculation is performed based on the non-ignored lane boundary.

  • Patent number: 9219639
Abstract: Alerts may be received from an event monitoring system that monitors computing resources of a computer system. Based on an alert ruleset, an alert management module may determine whether to provide notification of the alert. If the alert management module decides to provide notification of the alert, then the alert management module may initiate the creation of an issue ticket corresponding to the alert in an issue tracking system. If the alert management module decides not to provide notification of the alert, then the alert management module may discard the alert.

  • Publication number: 20150362970
Abstract: An integrated circuit (IC) includes a first I/O cell, a logic cell, a trigger signal generation circuit, and a second I/O cell having a voltage selection pin. I/O interfaces of the first I/O cell receive first and second supply voltages, respectively, and I/O interfaces of the second I/O cell receive third and fourth supply voltages, respectively. The first I/O cell generates a first trigger signal when the first supply voltage reaches a first predetermined voltage. The logic cell receives the first trigger signal and generates a safe-state signal. The trigger signal generation circuit generates a second trigger signal when the third supply voltage reaches a second predetermined voltage. The voltage selection pin receives the safe-state signal and the second trigger signal and sets the second I/O cell in a safe-state mode, which protects the second I/O cell from over voltage damage.

  • Publication number: 20150365264
Abstract: A modulation coding scheme (MCS) is selected from i) a first set of MCSs when the selected channel bandwidth is a first channel bandwidth, or ii) a second set of MCSs when the selected channel bandwidth is a second channel bandwidth, wherein the first set of MCSs is different than the second set of MCSs, and the second set of MCSs excludes MCSs from the first set of MCSs that will result in a padding-related constraint not being met when the second channel bandwidth is to be used. Information bits are interleaved, which includes applying a frequency rotation. The information bits are modulated according to the selected MCS. A plurality of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbols are generated using the modulated information bits.

  • Publication number: 20150356780
Abstract: The present subject matter relates to a method and a guidance system for providing real time guidance to a novice user by an expert. The method comprises capturing images of a plurality of actions performed by the user and the expert based on which position and motion data associated with the actions are identified. Further, the method maps the complex environment of the novice user and position & motion data into corresponding digital representations to allow real time interaction between the novice user and the expert. During interaction, the guidance system monitors the performance of the novice user and dynamically suggests a list of alternate actions when the guidance system identifies a deviation in the actions performed by the novice user compared to the actions performed by the expert. If no deviations are identified, the guidance system implements the plurality of actions of the task in the real physical world.
