    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method of real-time quantification of a target nucleic acid in a sample by constructing a reference table of copy number vs. designated parameter from reference samples which sharing the same nucleic acid sequences with the target nucleic acid. The method includes (a) constructing a reference table of copy number vs. designated parameter from reference samples; (b) amplifying the target nucleic acid; (c) monitoring and detecting the amplification of the target nucleic acid in real-time; (d) analyzing the detected signals to get the designated parameter of the target nucleic acid; and (e) looking up and interpolating to the reference table to get the copy number of the target nucleic acid.

A second parameter set including a second cutting depth having a non-zero cutting depth is set, and the machine tool performs the cutting procedure with the second parameter set to record a second loading rate of the spindle. A processing device calculates an estimated cutting force according to the loading rates and a machine performance database. A fuzzy logic unit outputs a wear level according to a tool wear database and the estimated cutting force. The machine tool adjusts a cutting locus according to the wear level.

    Abstract: Provided is a heart rate activity detecting method based on dynamic images. The method includes tracking a moving object. Preset brightness is determined based on an ambient condition. An image of the moving object is captured to generate a corresponding RGB color space, which is then converted to an image color space with adjustable brightness. The brightness of the image color space is adjusted according to the preset brightness to generate an image with corrected brightness, which is then converted to a RGB color space with the corrected brightness for calculating a heart rate activity of the moving object. The disclosure is capable of addressing the issue of an unstable light source by adjusting the brightness of the dynamic images, and then calculating the heart rate activity of the moving object according to the dynamic images. A heart rate activity detecting system based on dynamic images is also provided.
