    Abstract: An automated warehouse storage and retrieval system may comprise at least an aisle, and each of two sides of the aisle has a shelf. A rail is laid along the aisle to enable at least an automated vehicle to move thereon. The automated vehicle has a platform, and a top surface thereof comprises at least a working station and at least a pick-and-place unit. Each of two lateral sides of the platform has two openings separated by a desired distance, and each of the openings has a climbing unit installed therein. The climbing units are configured to synchronously protrude from or move back in the openings. A side of the shelf faced to the rail has a plurality of vertical supporting members arranged in parallel, and each two adjacent supporting members are separated by the distance same as the two climbing units on the same lateral side of the platform.

    Abstract: A copper foil for a high frequency circuit and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The copper foil for a high frequency circuit includes an electroplated copper layer, a fine roughness copper nodule layer, a Zn—Ni plating layer, a rust-proof layer, and a hydrophobic layer. The fine roughness copper nodule layer is located on a surface of the electroplated copper layer and is consisted essentially of copper particles or copper alloy particles with a particle size of 100 nm to 200 nm. The Zn—Ni plating layer is located on the fine roughness copper nodule layer and includes 90-150 ?g/dm2 of zinc and 75-120 ?g/dm2 of nickel. The rust-proof layer is located on the Zn—Ni plating layer and includes 20-40 ?g/dm2 of chromium. The hydrophobic layer is located on the rust-proof layer and has a contact angle of 80 to 150 degrees.

    Abstract: A detection device, detection method, and compensation method for tool wear, applied to a machine tool including a spindle connected to a tool. A first parameter set including a first cutting depth having a zero cutting depth is set, and the machine tool performs a cutting procedure with the first parameter set to record a first loading rate of the spindle. A second parameter set including a second cutting depth having a non-zero cutting depth is set, and the machine tool performs the cutting procedure with the second parameter set to record a second loading rate of the spindle. A processing device calculates an estimated cutting force according to the loading rates and a machine performance database. A fuzzy logic unit outputs a wear level according to a tool wear database and the estimated cutting force. The machine tool adjusts a cutting locus according to the wear level.

Prior to using the optical ring resonator at least one of modulate and filter the optical signal at the optical ring resonator, a heater of the optical ring resonator is controlled to an operating temperature at which the resonance wavelength of the optical ring resonator is greater than a respective wavelength of the optical signal.
