    Abstract: A wireless sensor network and data sensing method thereof are provided. A prediction model is established according to sensed data. When statistical value of the sensed data is within a user allowable range, the average value of the sensed data is returned to a user based on the prediction model. Alternatively, when the statistical value of the sensed data is beyond the user allowable range, actually sensed data is returned to the user based on the prediction model. In addition, the prediction model may further be dynamically updated according to subsequently received sensed data.

    Abstract: The subject invention relates to a semiconductor package and method of manufacturing the same. The semiconductor package of the subject invention comprises a substrate with a through hole penetrating therethrough; a semiconductor chip positioned on the substrate covering the through hole; and a thermal conductive device filling the through hole and contacting the semiconductor chip. According to the subject invention, the thermal resistance in the structure of the semiconductor package is substantially reduced and thus desirable performance of heat spreading or dissipation is achieved. In addition, the production cost and size of the semiconductor package are also reduced.

Additionally, a signal generator can be further employed to transmit modulated signals to the RSOA, whereby generating light wave with the modulated signals, so as to provide tunable wave-length and direct modulation at the same time.

The method includes the steps of: providing a case made of thermoplastic doped with organometallic additive; activating the organometallic additive in the case by a laser beam for forming initial pattern of the hearing aid coil in the inner surface of the case; and bathing the case in copper solution for providing the initial pattern with copper plating layer.

A regenerant liquid stream flows through a regenerant flow compartment on the other side of the membrane from said parked liquid sample. Matrix ions in the parked liquid sample are transported across the membrane into the regenerant flow compartment. Suppression may be performed electrolytically and/or chemically. A concentrator column may also be used.

The connection bar is partially fit into a hollow portion of the retention bar and forms a vent hole that is in communication with the ink cartridge so that when the retention bar, under the resilient support by the resilient element, is manually moved reciprocally with respect to the connection bar, air is pumped, through the vent hole, into the ink cartridge to force the ink contained in the ink cartridge to ward a writing tip.
