  • Patent number: 11502824
Abstract: Generally described, one or more aspects of the present application correspond to techniques for creating encrypted block store volumes of data from unencrypted object storage snapshots of the volumes. These encryption techniques use a special pool of servers for performing the encryption. These encryption servers are not accessible to users, and they perform encryption and pass encrypted volumes to other block store servers for user access. The encryption context for the volumes can be persisted on the encryption severs for as long as needed for encryption and not shared with the user-facing servers in order to prevent user access to encryption context.

  • Patent number: 11494753
Abstract: Systems for contactless event processing are provided. In some examples, functionality of a self-service kiosk may be requested. In response, a user may be authenticated and a first interactive user interface may be generated and displayed by the self-service kiosk. A user may capture an image of the generated first interactive user interface displayed by the self-service kiosk using, for instance, an image capture device of a user computing device. The captured image may be displayed by a display of the user computing device and the user may provide user input to the user computing device selecting a displayed option. The user input may be processed and mapped to functionality associated with the self-service kiosk. Based on the mapping, one or more instructions or commands may be generated and transmitted to the self-service kiosk. The self-service kiosk may execute the instructions or commands to execute the requested functionality.

  • Patent number: 11470166
Abstract: A method for managing entities in a multi-tenant marketplace architecture system is discussed. The method includes determining that a merchant is represented as a first representation in a first hierarchical data structure and as a second representation in a second hierarchical data structure, where both the first and second hierarchical data structures are managed by a first service provider. The merchant is being managed via a full representation in an original hierarchical data structure by a marketplace service provider. The first and second representations provide outbound services via the first hierarchical data structure and via the second hierarchical data structure, respectively. The method also includes linking the first representation with the second representation to configure the first and second representations for propagating results of an inbound service applied to one of the first and second representations to a remaining one of the first and second representations.

  • Publication number: 20220309369
Abstract: A computing system aggregates information from a plurality of information channels associated with a computing device and a user of the computing device. A user configures the access for the computing system to specific information channels at a user interface. Based on a knowledge base and by machine learning techniques, the computing system analyzes the aggregated information to identify information relevant to an intelligent action for execution on behalf of the user. The computing system identifies the intelligent action in the context of the user's preferences and permissions granted to the computing system. The computing system initiates execution of the intelligent action based on a confidence level derived from analysis of information contained the knowledge base and historical decisioning information. The computing system receives feedback for an executed action and incorporates the feedback in the knowledge base for future decisioning based on aggregated information.

  • Patent number: 11455571
Abstract: An apparatus includes a database and a processor. The database stores a set of services, each of which produces outputs when provided inputs. The processor determines a machine learning policy that can be applied to a first service to determine a descriptor file assigned to the service. The first service can produce a first output when provided a first input. The descriptor file includes the first output type and the first input type. The processor applies the machine learning policy to the set of services to determine a set of descriptor files. The processor receives a request from a user for a second service that produces a second output given a second input. The processor then locates a second descriptor file that includes the second output type and the second input type, determines a third service assigned to the descriptor file, and sends the third service to the user.
