  • Patent number: 10474562
Abstract: An online system ranks test cases run in connection with check-in of sets of software files in a software repository. The online system ranks the test cases higher if they are more likely to fail as a result of defects in the set of files being checked in. Accordingly, the online system informs software developers of potential defects in the files being checked in early without having to run the complete suite of test cases. The online system determines a vector representation of the files and test cases based on a neural network. The online system determines an aggregate vector representation of the set of files. The online system determines a measure of similarity between the test cases and the aggregate vector representation of the set of files. The online system ranks the test cases based on the measures of similarity of the test cases.

  • Publication number: 20190342556
Abstract: In some examples, a computing device may receive a request for a video segment captured by a particular camera, where the request specifies a date, a start time, and a length of the video segment. The computing device may identify stored data associated with the video segment in a storage device based on the date, the start time, the length, and an identifier associated with the particular camera and retrieve the stored data from the storage device. The computing device may determine that the stored data includes a subset of the video frames that were sent from the particular camera and excludes a remainder of the video frames and regenerate the remainder of the video frames based on the stored data to create regenerated data. The computing device may reconstruct the reconstructed video segment by merging the stored data with the regenerated data and provide the reconstructed video segment.

A valve body is positioned within the self-expanding frame and includes a plurality of leaflets configured to allow blood flow through the self-expanding frame in only one direction. A skirt surrounds the self-expanding frame and is spaced apart therefrom for contacting surrounding tissue and impeding blood flow around the self-expanding frame. The skirt may be reinforced with wires to help maintain a desired shape. The leaflets in the valve body are preferably connected to the self-expanding frame through one or more intermediate components such that the valve body is spaced radially inwardly from an inner surface of the self-expanding frame.

  • Patent number: 10451386
Abstract: Systems and methods for calibrating a conducted electrical weapon (“CEW”) to provide a predetermined amount of current for each pulse of the stimulus signal. Providing the predetermined amount of current, close thereto, increases the effectiveness of the stimulus signal in impeding locomotion of a human or animal target. The calibration process enables a CEW to calibrate the amount of charge in a pulse of the stimulus signal in the environmental conditions where the tester operates and also in the field where the environmental conditions may be different from the environmental conditions during calibration.

  • Patent number: 10453024
Abstract: Service requests are transmitted to multiple vehicles, each request associated with a time and a location. Driving histories of vehicles are known. A first location associated with a service request is compared with a known location in a vehicle driving history. The known location comprises a first cell identifier of a first grid where a size of the cells indicates a maximum acceptable deviation of the vehicle from a travel segment in the driving history that includes the first cell identifier. When the first location matches the known location and the associated time overlaps a start or end time of the travel segment that includes the first cell identifier, the service request is identified to the vehicle. The vehicle sends an indicator that it will perform at least a portion of a service, and an instruction is transmitted to the vehicle that causes the vehicle to perform the service.

  • Patent number: 10449151
Abstract: The present invention contemplates induction of immunological tolerance thereby providing permanent allograft acceptance. This method obviates the need for a lifelong regimen of immunosuppressive agents which can increase the risk of infection, autoimmunity, and cancer. Immunological tolerance is thought to be mediated by regulatory T lymphocytes (Treg cells) with immunosuppressive capabilities. A therapeutically relevant platform comprising artificial constructs are contemplated comprising numerous soluble and surface bound Treg cell stimulating factors that may induce tolerance following allograft transplantation. Such artificial constructs, being the size of a cell, have surface bound monoclonal antibodies specific to regulatory T-cell surface moieties and encapsulated soluble regulatory T-cell modulating factors.
