  • Patent number: 12271402
Abstract: A method, apparatus, and product to provide a parser for property graph queries with precise error reporting and auto-completion based on information from property graph schemas. The approach generally comprises analysis of graph queries prior to their execution to identify issues prior to execution. In some embodiments, the approach includes any of: use of a property graph schema to determine whether names in a received property graph query exist within a corresponding property graph; determining whether the property graph query includes a comparison of mismatched data types; providing an autocomplete suggestion feature for assistance in resolving errors or corresponding to a cursor position within a query string; or evaluation of a property graph query to determine whether it would return an empty result. In some embodiments, property graph query analysis is performed using a context aware approach.

  • Patent number: 12268970
Abstract: A method and device are disclosed for pseudorandomly generating a streamed video presentation of a draw game from a plurality of previously recorded video fragments. After all wagering is concluded, a random number generator determines the outcome of the drawing. The method and device enable the automated generation of a lifelike video draw game by culling a set of video fragments from a larger plurality, with the culling process at least partially determined by a feedback loop from the previous scene or game. After the culling process is completed, a random number generator pseudorandomly selects video fragments from the culled set creating various scenes comprising the streamed video presentation.

  • Patent number: 12273352
Abstract: Techniques for embedding secure feature selection at content delivery network (CDN) edge are described. In accordance with various embodiments, server(s) in a cloud receive from a client device a request for a media URL associated with a media asset. The server(s) identify feature state(s) associated with the client device and the media asset on a CDN edge node hosting the media asset. The server(s) then selectively generate a unique token or a common token specifying the feature state(s) before sending the media URL including the unique token or the common token to the client device. Upon receiving the media URL, the CDN edge node in an edge node with features deployed, determines whether the media URL causes a cache miss. Upon determining that the media URL causes the cache miss, the CDN edge node changes a feature state of a feature, applies the feature, and provides the media asset.

  • Patent number: 12269506
Abstract: A passenger may be rather vulnerable to safety risks during pickup and/or drop-off of a passenger by a vehicle. To mitigate or eliminate such risk, the vehicle may determine an endpoint for a vehicle route to pickup or drop-off a passenger at a location. The vehicle may determine an estimated path between the endpoint and the location and may determine a safety confidence score by a machine-learned model for the estimated path and/or may predict a trajectory of a detected object to ascertain whether the estimated path is safe. The vehicle may execute any of a number of different mitigation actions to reduce or eliminate a safety risk if one is detected.

  • Patent number: 12271466
Abstract: Techniques are presented for the implementation of automated processes, such as device/system control, process control, distributed computing and storage, and event detecting, monitoring and/or counting mechanism. The event may be, for example, a vote, decision or selection which is made by a given entity. A counting solution is presented in which a computing resource, running simultaneously and in parallel to the blockchain, manages a loop-based operation. The computing resource continuously monitors the state of the blockchain as well as any other off-blockchain input data or source. The execution of the loop is influenced by the state of the blockchain. Each iteration of the loop that is executed by the computing resource is recorded in a transaction that is written to the blockchain.

  • Patent number: 12269508
Abstract: Techniques for determining parking spaces and/or parking trajectories for a vehicle based on multistage filtering are discussed herein. In some examples, a vehicle may navigate to a destination within an environment. The vehicle may receive a set of parking locations and perform filtering operations to determine a subset of the parking locations. For example, the vehicle may use a list of parking characteristics (e.g., conditions) to filter the set of parking spaces. Based on determining the subset of parking spaces, the vehicle may generate a set of candidate trajectories to the subset of parking spaces. The vehicle may determine a subset of the candidate trajectories based on filtering the set of candidate trajectories according to various constraints. Further, the vehicle may determine a cost for the subset of candidate trajectories. Based on the costs, the vehicle may determine a candidate trajectory for the vehicle to follow.

  • Patent number: 12270138
Abstract: Reinforcing filaments or fibers, such as aromatic polyamide (aramid) fibers, can be reliably measured and consistently mixed into asphalt cement concrete by soaking the fibers in a wetting agent, then severing them to a desired length, and mixing the segments with other ACC ingredients. The wetting agent holds the fibers together loosely, so they can be distributed more uniformly throughout the ACC without clumping. The wetting agent soaks into the ACC mixture and/or evaporates, leaving the reinforcing fibers behind.

  • Patent number: 12269464
Abstract: Techniques for determining a parking trajectory for an autonomous vehicle. In some examples, a vehicle may navigate to a destination within an environment. The vehicle may receive parking locations proximate the destination, and determine a cost for navigating to each parking location, or multiple locations within a parking space. Each of multiple trajectories may include desired state(s) that represent the desired state information of the vehicle at a specific locations along the trajectory. The vehicle may determine a cost for the trajectory by comparing the predicted pose of the vehicle at the parking state to the target pose of the parking location. The vehicle may follow the trajectory based on the cost.
