    Abstract: A system for surveying internal pipeline scaling includes a control system, a gauge cutter, a scale recorder, and a wireline. The control system communicates with the scale recorder to obtain scale recorder data and acoustic images. The gauge cutter dislodges scaling debris from an interior wall of the pipeline and includes a fluid permeable screen which collects the dislodged scaling debris. The scale recorder obtains scale recorder data and acoustic images, and includes an ultrasound wave transmitter, an ultrasound wave receiver, a processor, a memory, and a communication interface. The wireline lowers the gauge cutter in the pipeline and is coupled to the control system and the communication interface.

The method includes determining if a virtual meeting has begun and if a user is available or attentive based on one or more sensors, including a webcam, a Bluetooth controller, an infrared camera, a proximity detector, and a microphone connected to the user device. When it is determined that the user is insufficiently available or attentive, a recording of the virtual meeting is started. A user attention status may be reassessed periodically, and the recording continues as long as the user remains insufficiently available or attentive. Once the user is determined to be available, the recording is ended.

By setting numbers of effective pulses of first start signals in both a writing frame and a holding frame of one display period to be plural, a plurality of first strobe driving circuits connected in cascade are allowed to output a plurality of first strobe signals multiple times to adjust a bias voltage of a first transistor of a plurality of pixel driving circuits. Therefore, the display panel can display at a similar light-emitting brightness in both the writing frame and the holding frame, thereby improving a flickering problem of the display panel.

    Abstract: A problem with online transactions is that a customer may unwillingly be profiled by a corporate entity. To hinder such profiling, a customer may occasionally generate a public/private key pair, and present the public key to a digital token service for use as a pseudonym included in tokens issued to the customer. A subsequent assignment of the digital token to a corporate entity can then be performed by adding the public key of the corporate entity to the token, and signing the combination with the private key which pairs with the pseudonymous public key in the token. A return transaction from the corporate entity to the customer can then add the pseudonymous public key to a return digital token and sign the combination with the corporate entity's private key. Routing the digital token to the customer may be achieved by replying directly to the anonymous inbound token.

The system causes the client to compute a second neural feature of the second media frame using the trained machine learning model, and compute a QoE metric based on the first neural feature and the second neural feature. A conical head first in contact with the ground starts to drill the ground, then the drilling cylinder gradually drills into a soil layer, and the drilling cylinder is idled as the drilling cylinder arrives at a certain depth, to clear soil on auger blades.

For example, the disclosed system receives a request for navigating a user device from a start location to a final destination. The user device optionally indicates that turn-by-turn navigational directions are to be provided from an intermediate location to the final destination. The system determines all possible routes the user device can take from the start location to the intermediate location and, in some embodiments, from the intermediate location to the final destination. Once engaged, the system monitors the user device's progress from the start location to the intermediate location without displaying turn-by-turn navigation. During which time, the system notifies the user device of any traffic events that may impact the journey. When prompted, the system provides turn-by-turn navigational directions to bypass the traffic event.
