The non-invasive intraocular pressure sensor includes a sensing unit and a readout circuit. The sensing unit includes a plurality of electrode layers and a dielectric layer. The dielectric layer encloses the electrode layers and fills therebetween, and the electrode layers and the dielectric layer form a capacitor. A variation of capacitance of the capacitor varies with a variation of an intraocular pressure of the eyeball. The readout circuit is electrically connected to the sensing unit.

    Abstract: A package structure of crystal oscillator with embedded thermistor is disclosed. The package structure comprises a ceramic substrate. A crystal oscillation device is mounted in the accommodation space of the ceramic substrate. A cover is used to seal the accommodation space. At least one thermistor is embedded in the ceramic substrate. A patterned metal interconnection in the ceramic substrate is electrically connected with the crystal oscillation device and the thermistor, respectively. The present invention describes as follows: the thermistor is directly embedded in the ceramic substrate to avoid the short-circuit problem caused by electroplating a thermistor exposed and shorten a distance between the thermistor and the crystal oscillation device. Thus, the thermistor can more precisely sense the operating temperature of the crystal oscillation device to timely compensate frequency drift caused by changing the temperature of the crystal oscillation device.

    Abstract: An uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system with energy feedback to chargers and sinusoidal output charges a battery pack through a first charger under a mains mode. Under a battery mode, the UPS boosts DC voltage outputted from the battery pack to a higher voltage level through a DC-to-DC conversion module, converts the DC voltage to a sinusoidal AC voltage through a DC-to-AC conversion module, and supplies the sinusoidal AC voltage to a load. When the load has energy storage elements and discharged energy occurs in a power supply loop, a micro-controller unit can control the discharged power to charge the battery pack through a second charger, thereby solving the issue of the discharged power from the energy storage elements of the load and enhancing the operational efficiency of the UPS.

A cover is affixed on the substrate and each of the encapsulating gels and has a light emitting hole and a light receiving hole, wherein the first and the second lens portions are accommodated, respectively. An engaging means is formed on an adjacent surface between each encapsulating gels and the cover in a horizontal direction. Thereby, the package structure of the optical module of the present invention increases the connection region between each encapsulating gels and the cover to enhance the engagement.
