  • Publication number: 20090248191
Abstract: Distance meters measure distances from a reference position to a first area including an upper pitch circle portion and a second area including a lower pitch circle portion. Center coordinates of the hub is calculated based on respective center coordinates of two hub bolts included within the first and second areas. Coordinates of three points defining apexes of a triangle are acquired. Inclination angle of the hub relative to a vertical plane is calculated based on the coordinates of the three points, and an orientation of each of the hub bolts is calculated based on the center coordinates of the hub and the center coordinates of the hub bolt.

  • Publication number: 20090027912
Abstract: The disclosed subject matter provides a reflecting cover above and between a light-emitting chip and a projection lens. The diffused light from the light-emitting chip is led toward the projection lens via the reflecting cover such that it transmits through the projection lens at a certain angle. This makes it possible to increase the amount of controllable light, and to improve the amount of light beams radiated from the lamp, thereby realizing a brighter lamp and an improved light distribution shape.

  • Publication number: 20080185218
Abstract: A noise eliminator for a fuel cell, where an outer shell has a reception section in which a sound absorption material is placed between the outer shell and an inner pipe and has a water discharge section that is positioned so as to face a lower portion in the vertical direction of the inner pipe and in which the sound absorption material is not placed between the outer shell and the inner pipe. The water discharge section receives water flowing into the outer shell and allows the water to flow to the outside of the outer shell. Although the water discharge section receives water flowing into the outer shell, the sound absorption material inside the noise eliminator does not absorb the water from the water discharge section and does not-contain it because there is no sound absorption material in the water discharge section.

  • Patent number: 7321841
Abstract: A three-dimensional shape measuring method and a measuring apparatus thereof that allow the operation of a robot to be readily taught and set in a short time when a three-dimensional measuring device mounted on the robot is caused to move along the surface of a work, thereby measuring the shape of the work. A block data representative of measurement operation that causes the three-dimensional measuring device, which is a laser scanner, to move along the surface of the work is set and recorded. Then longitudinally copying (Step S2) and laterally copying (Step S3) block data is longitudinally and laterally copied after entering the size and basic shape type of the work. • Patent number: 7287896
Abstract: A light access can be integrally formed with a light guide on at least one end of the light guide. A printed circuit board with an LED lamp mounted thereon can be press-fitted in the light access for transient arrangement, and can be fixed by a cover. The position of the printed circuit board can be determined in relation to the light guide. For example, engagement hooks of the light access can be fitted with recesses in the printed circuit board for positioning the circuit board in a plane normal to the longitudinal direction of the light guide. Similarly, positioning ribs of the light guide can be employed for positioning in the longitudinal direction of the light guide. The light guide can be formed in an almost rod shape having four sides in section normal to the longitudinal direction of the light guide. A light guide lens can be formed in one surface and a diffuser cut can be formed in the opposite surface of the light guide.

  • Patent number: 7270202
Abstract: In a fuel cell vehicle 10 of the invention, fuel cells 20 are integrally placed in a lower space 15 of a front seat 14, while a secondary battery 40 is integrally placed in a lower space 18 of a rear seat 17. The integral arrangements of the fuel cells 20 and the secondary battery 40 separately in the lower space 15 of the front seat 14 and in the lower space 18 of the rear seat 17 ensure high-performance operations of both the fuel cells 20 and the secondary battery 40 having different working environments. This arrangement also attains the effective use of the generally-dead, lower spaces 15 and 18 of the front and rear seats 14 and 17 to receive the fuel cells 20, the secondary battery 40, and their peripheral equipment.

  • Publication number: 20070053237
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a gas processing device capable of mixing together a plurality of gases sufficiently so that the gases are diluted. A gas processing device for mixing a first gas (H2) and a second gas (air) comprises a flow passage (110) through which the second gas (air) passes, an inflow port (104) for introducing the first gas (H2) in a non-parallel direction to the flow direction of the second gas (air) within the flow passage (110), and a housing (101) for sealing a part of the flow passage (110). The flow passage (110) comprises hole structures (111), through which the second gas (air) and first gas (H2) pass in and out, in at least a part of the region sealed by the housing (101). According to this constitution, the hole structures generate turbulence, and hence the degree of mixing between the first gas (H2) and second gas (air) can be improved, enabling a uniform reduction in the gas concentration.
