On the basis of meeting the low dielectric performance, the treatment agent of the present disclosure improves the binding performance of the low-dielectric fiberglass cloth to a low-dielectric customer resin and enhances the mechanical performance and heat resistance of the low-dielectric fiberglass cloth.

    Abstract: A cooling system including an evaporator, a passive condenser, a heat exchanger, and a pump. The passive condenser is arranged in parallel with the heat exchanger relative to the fluid flow of a primary cooling medium. When a secondary cooling medium is provided to the heat exchanger, at least some of a primary cooling medium in the gas phase switches from being received by the passive condenser to the heat exchanger without operating any valves and supplies the primary cooling medium in the liquid phase to the evaporator. When the secondary cooling medium is not provided to the heat exchanger, the heat exchanger does not supply the primary cooling medium in the liquid phase to the evaporator. The pump is located in a liquid line fluidly connecting the evaporator to the passive condenser and the heat exchanger and pumps the primary cooling medium in the liquid phase to the evaporator.

Each steam tube connects with the autoclave via a first opening thereof and connects with the chamber via a second opening thereof. High pressure steam flows into the steam tubes from the first openings and flows into the chamber to be mixed with the pile of the waste via the second opening. Surface contact areas between the steam and the pile of waste is increased. The performance of the waste volume expansion stabilization process is improved and processing time for the waste volume expansion stabilization process can be reduced.

The method of the invention avoids the problem of recycling a mother liquor in the existing taurine production to reduce the generation possibility of impurities, and meanwhile, can achieve quantitative conversion to methyltaurate and methyltaurine by controlling a molar ratio of raw materials to the catalyst in the reaction.
