    Abstract: A method for fabricating a semiconductor device includes providing a to-be-etched layer, including alternately arranged first regions and second regions in a first direction. Each first region adjoins adjacent second regions, and each second region includes a trench region. The method includes forming a first mask layer on the to-be-etched layer; implanting doping ions into the first mask layer outside of the trench region; forming a doped separation layer in the first mask layer of the second region to divide the first mask layer into portions arranged in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; forming a first trench in the first mask layer of the first region; and removing the first mask layer formed in the trench region on both sides of the doped separation layer to form a second trench divided into portions arranged in the second direction by the doped separation layer.

    Abstract: A floating breakwater and wind energy integrated system used for offshore aquaculture. The system contains the wind turbine system, the floating breakwater system, and offshore aquaculture system. The combination of wind turbine, floating breakwater system and offshore aquaculture system makes full use of the floating breakwater, thus decrease the wave load on the floating cage. In addition, the floating breakwater offers a supporting platform to the floating wind turbine, which effectively reduces the costs of the wind turbine. Meanwhile, a power autarkic offshore aquaculture system may be realized by using the electrical energy generated by the turbine. Compared with the simple offshore aquaculture system, the utilization rate of the sea per unit becomes even higher while the costs of the floating wind turbine becomes even lower.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a small spatial sound source orientation detecting device, including a circuit board; three or more MEMS acoustic-electric transducers fixedly arranged on the circuit board and centrosymmetric distribution. The distance between adjacent MEMS acoustic-electric transducers is not more than one-half of the shortest wavelength of the sound source signal; and a micro-control unit, each MEMS acoustic-electric transducer is electrically connected to the micro-control unit respectively. The micro-control unit is to obtain the orientation information of the spatial sound source based on the acoustic signals collected by three or more MEMS acoustic-electric transducers. The present invention also provides a spatial sound source orientation detection method. The small spatial sound source orientation detecting device of the present invention has an ultra-small space size, and can accurately detect the orientation information of the sound source.

    Abstract: A zeolite membrane and a preparation method thereof are provided. The method includes: adding an organic binder solution dropwise to zeolite, and thoroughly grinding and stirring; blade-coating a resulting mixture on a substrate at a given thickness; and drying to obtain the zeolite membrane. The preparation of a zeolite membrane does not require a complicated hydrothermal crystal growth process, and the membrane can be prepared directly from natural zeolite or artificial zeolite. A prepared zeolite membrane has the characteristics of simple preparation process, low cost, prominent water permeability, high contaminant rejection rate and high zeolite load. The zeolite membrane, when used for the rejection of contaminants in water, can not only remove macromolecular contaminants in water, but also efficiently remove ammonia nitrogen by way of ion exchange, which is suitable for advanced treatment of wastewater.

    Abstract: The invention provides use of epalrestat in preparation of pancreatic cancer drugs. The pancreatic cancer drugs are used for inhibiting secretion of exosomes from pancreatic cancer cells. The invention also provides a method for verifying the inhibition effect of epalrestat on secretion of exosomes from pancreatic cancer cells. The method includes steps of: extracting cell supernatant exosomes by using a low-temperature ultracentrifugation method; lysing the collected exosomes, then using a BCA kit to quantify the resulting exosomal protein, and using the measured amount of the protein to reflect the amount of the exosomes; using a transmission electron microscope to verify a double-layer lipid membrane wrapped cup-shaped structure of the exosomes; and detecting exosome protein concentration by protein polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with Coomassie brilliant blue. The invention provides a novel use of epalrestat, namely the inhibition of exosome secretion.

The stress from a substrate is used to select a laser mode for an aperture unit. The selection of the laser mode is enhanced for the aperture unit without sacrificing driving current. Low current operation is achieved in a single mode for effectively reducing volume and further minimizing the size of the whole array to achieve high-quality laser output. An object can be scanned by the outputted laser to obtain a clear image with a high resolution. Hence, the present invention is applicable for face recognition with high recognition and high security.
