The block cut structure extends through the first trench along a second direction. The second direction and the first direction are different. The block cut structure includes a first block-cut layer and a second block-cut layer.

In some implementations, the dielectric layer has a thickness under sixty micrometers and a thermal resistance under fifteen degrees Celsius per watt. Accordingly, a current loop flowing vertically across the dielectric layer has a low self-inductance based on the thickness of the dielectric layer and the bottom metal layer is arranged to dissipate heat generated by the current loop flowing vertically across the dielectric layer.

In some implementations, one or more electrical currents flowing vertically across a dielectric coating have a low parasitic inductance based on the thickness of the dielectric coating, and the metal core may dissipate heat flowing across the dielectric coating and into the metal core.

In addition, the floating breakwater offers a supporting platform to the floating wind turbine, which effectively reduces the costs of the wind turbine. Meanwhile, a power autarkic offshore aquaculture system may be realized by using the electrical energy generated by the turbine. Compared with the simple offshore aquaculture system, the utilization rate of the sea per unit becomes even higher while the costs of the floating wind turbine becomes even lower.

The present invention also provides a spatial sound source orientation detection method. The small spatial sound source orientation detecting device of the present invention has an ultra-small space size, and can accurately detect the orientation information of the sound source.
