    Abstract: Some implementations described herein include systems and techniques for fabricating a wafer-on-wafer product using a filled lateral gap between beveled regions of wafers included in a stacked-wafer assembly and along a perimeter region of the stacked-wafer assembly. The systems and techniques include a deposition tool having an electrode with a protrusion that enhances an electromagnetic field along the perimeter region of the stacked-wafer assembly during a deposition operation performed by the deposition tool. Relative to an electromagnetic field generated by a deposition tool not including the electrode with the protrusion, the enhanced electromagnetic field improves the deposition operation so that a supporting fill material may be sufficiently deposited.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a device for preparing a modified poly (m-phenylene isophthalamide) (PMIA) fiber by continuous polymerization-dry-wet spinning. The method includes the following steps: (1) preparing a mixed solution of m-phenylenediamine (MPD) and a copolymerized diamine monomer in N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAC) serving as a solvent using a cosolvent; (2) mixing isophthaloyl chloride (IPC) with the mixed solution of the MPD and the copolymerized diamine monomer in the DMAC, and conducting pre-polycondensation and polycondensation in sequence to obtain a modified PMIA resin solution; and (3) subjecting the modified PMIA resin solution to additive addition, filtration, defoaming, and dry-wet spinning to obtain the modified PMIA fiber.

    Abstract: A front light module includes a light guide sheet and a light bar. The light guide sheet has two light receiving laterals, a fold line, a first pattern area, and a second pattern area respectively located on two sides of the fold line. The second pattern area is superimposed on the first pattern area, and the first and second tapers set are engaged and coplanar to form a light incident surface after folding along the fold line. The light bar provides light toward the light incident surface, the first pattern area is lit by the odd positions of the light bar via the first taper sets, and the second pattern area is lit by the even positions of the light bar via the second taper sets.

    Abstract: Measurement resources are often limited in 5G and 4G-LTE communications. As a result, SMTC and CSI-RS measurement windows will occasionally be assigned to the same resource elements of a signal frame. This results in a collision that must be resolved, since both measurements cannot be performed simultaneously. The collision can be resolved using restriction, where overlapping resource elements are assigned to either the SMTC or the CSI-RS measurements, or can be resolved using measurement sharing, where overlapping resource elements are divided among the two measurements according to a measurement sharing factor. Various factors, including priority or window periodicity may be taken into account by the measurement rules that dictate collision resolution.
