The converging electrode layer is facing the anode plate, such that the divergent range of an electron beam emitted by an electron emission source can be restricted.     Abstract: A model of a golf club head for casting includes a body having an upper plate with a small thickness. An ankle is formed at an end of the upper plate and at least one rib formed on the upper plate. A casting gate is formed beside the ankle. A casting pipe extends from the casting gate and around the body. Multiple ducts are connected between the casting pipe and the body. The at least one rib is connected to the ducts. Whereby, a duration of molten alloy to form the upper plate is short because the flow velocity of the alloy is quick. At the same time, the density of the upper plate is increased to reinforce its strength and improve its strike sound. Moreover, the overall size of the golf club head is small, such that a mold tree can include more investment molds to increase its capacity.

Furthermore, the overall size of the model of the golf club head is small, such that a quantity of a mold tree is larger than that of the convention mold tree. Therefore, the capacity of each of mold tree is high.

    Abstract: A method for enhancing the homogeneity of carbon nanotube electron emission source which is manufactured using electrophoresis deposition. The method includes the following steps. First, a semi-manufactured cathode structure is prepared. Then, the cathode structure and the metallic plate are connected to the electrophoresis electrodes. After that, the side of the cathode structure to be electrophoresis deposited is kept a fixed distance in parallel with the metallic plate. Then, the electrophoresis deposition is performed to the semi-manufactured cathode structure by placing the combination into the solution of the electrophoresis tank. Later, an electric field is formed from a direct current pulse voltage of a power supply. In this manner, the carbon nanotubes are deposited on the cathode electrode to form the electron emission source.
