    Abstract: A key structure includes a keycap, a scissors-type connecting element, a membrane module, a light-emitting element and a base plate. The light-emitting element is used for emitting light beams. The keycap has a protrusion structure for blocking the light beams and preventing the light beams from leaking out through the gap between said keycap and said base plate. The base plate has a slot corresponding to the protrusion structure. When the keycap is depressed, the membrane module is pressed by the protrusion structure to be subject to deformation, so that a deformed part of the membrane module is inserted into the slot of the base plate. In such way, the hand feel of depressing the keycap is not adversely affected.

    Abstract: The present disclosure uses different kinds of surface treatment processes on titanium-made dental implants. The growth and attachment conditions of bone cells (MC3T3-E), fibroblasts (NIH 3T3) and epidermal cells (XB-2) on the metal surface of titanium slices with different surface treatments are observed. Tetra-calcium phosphate is used to perform secondary sand-blasting process to clean up the metal surface and provide calcium ions for osteoblastoma physiology. Thus, by adjusting the cells adhesive and proliferative abilities, the success rate of the clinical applications in dental implant is improved.

The method further includes filling the openings with polysilicon to form polysilicon electrodes adjacent the MEMS resonator element, removing the top oxide layer and the sidewall oxide layers adjacent the MEMS resonator element, bonding the polysilicon electrodes to one of a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) wafer or a carrier wafer, removing the buried oxide layer adjacent the MEMS resonator element, and bonding the substrate to a capping wafer to seal the MEMS resonator element between the capping wafer and one of the CMOS wafer or the carrier wafer.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for making a refractory material from aluminum residues of aluminum recycling. At first, the aluminum residues is mixed with adhesive solution so that the percentage by weight of the adhesive solution is 5 wt % to 10 wt %. The mixture is granulated into grains. The grains are filled in a mold, pressed and then removed from the mold so that the grains are turned into a green body. The green body is heated in a furnace at a range of temperature from 1100° C. to 1400° C. so that the grains are sintered and become a refractory material.

The gateway transmits an address resolution protocol (ARP) request packet to the client, and determines whether an ARP response packet is received from the client. The active pixel cell further includes a photodiode neighboring the STI structure, where a first stress resulted from substrate processing prior to deposition of a pre-metal dielectric layer increases dark current and white cell counts of a photodiode of the active pixel cell. The active pixel cell further includes a transistor, where the transistor controls the operation of the active pixel cell. The active pixel cell further includes a stress layer over the photodiode, the STI structure, and the transistor, and the stress layer has a second stress that counters the first stress exerted on the substrate, and the second stress reduces the dark current and the white cell counts caused by the first stress.
