The top portion protrudes from a second surface of the body through the opening, the second surface being opposite the first surface. When the top portion is pressed, the second positioning portion is separated from the first positioning portion, and a relative position between the body and the positioning member may be adjusted, thereby adjusting the length of the belt.

    Abstract: A transmission wire capable of mounting a spare tube fuse includes a wire and a tube fuse casing disposed on the wire. The tube fuse casing has a chamber to accommodate the spare tube fuse. The present invention provides the tube fuse casing disposed on the wire to store a spare tube fuse. The structure of the present invention is simple, and the spare tube fuse doesn't occupy the space of the plug. It is convenient to use the present invention. Compared to the conventional power plug which is direct connected with a spare tube fuse, the present invention simplifies the configuration of the power plug and reduces the difficulty in assembling the power plug. This is beneficial for mass production.

    Abstract: The active pixel cell structures and methods of preparing such structures described above enable reduction of dark current and white cell counts for active pixel cells. The process of preparing active pixel cell structures introduces stress on the substrate, which could lead to increased dark current and white cell counts of active pixel cells. By depositing a stress layer as part of a pre-metal dielectric layer with a stress that counters the stress induced, both the dark current and the white cell counts can be reduced. If the transistors of the active pixel cells are NMOS, the carrier mobility can also be increased by a tensile stress layer. Raman Spectroscopy can be used to measure the stress exerted on the substrate prior to the deposition of the stress layer.

    Abstract: A device for establishing network connection is disclosed, having a transmitting circuit, a receiving circuit, and a controller. The transmitting circuit, comprising a first scrambler having a plurality of first registers, transmits a first data scrambled by the first scrambler to a transmission line according to an oscillating signal generated by an oscillation circuit. The receiving circuit receives a second data scrambled by a second scrambler from the transmission line and comprises a descrambler having a plurality of second registers for descrambling the second data. The first and the second scramblers use the same scrambler generator polynomial. The controller compares at least one of the first data and the value of the first registers and at least one of the second data and the values of the second registers for configuring the oscillation circuit to adjust the frequency of the oscillating signal.

    Abstract: A clock system includes a clock signal generating circuit and a controlling circuit. The clock signal generating circuit is used for generating a primary clock signal and a reference clock signal both derived from an oscillating signal of the clock signal generating circuit. The controlling circuit is coupled to the clock signal generating circuit and used for receiving the primary clock signal under a normal mode and compensating timing information generated from the primary clock signal according to the reference clock signal when the clock system exits a power saving mode. The primary clock signal is de-activated when the clock system enters the power saving mode and is activated when the clock system exits the power saving mode. The clock system can keep a continue clock for system to use when the primary clock signal is gated or power saving mode is entered.

For each femto access point (FAP) in the Femtocell network system, a minimum transmission power is pre-configured. When an inadmissible user equipment (UE) performs a location update or a handoff process to obtain the access right to a closed FAP, at least a FAP gateway may estimate the probable existence of deadzone via the UE location update or handoff procedure. Before the inadmissible UE reaches the deadzone of the closed FAP, the transmission power of the closed FAP is decreased repeatedly to allow the inadmissible UE to receive the signals and messages from the UMTS network, until the closed FAP reaches a threshold of its minimum transmission power.

    Abstract: A broadcasting system with auto programming and viewer number feedback is provided, which includes a data gathering device, a viewer number calculating device and a program auto-scheduling device. The data gathering device is used to gather a program list and a local viewer number data. The viewer number calculating device is used to calculate a local viewer number. The program auto-scheduling device is used to automatically determine whether to adjust a program schedule of the program list according to a comparison result between the local viewer number and a determined viewer number. Therefore, the broadcasting system of the invention can detect viewer and definitely calculate viewing efficiency within a predetermined status, and can precisely quantify the viewing efficiency using the caught data.
