    Abstract: An aerodynamic device is provided for detection of physical conditions of wind turbine blade operation. One or more vibration sensors are mounted on the blades in an aerodynamic housing and configured to monitor a physical condition of the blades that varies in accordance with a vibration of the housing. A processor is operably coupled to the one or more vibration sensors. The processor may be configured to use the vibration frequency of a component of the blade to determine the physical condition of the blade, and generate a signal indicating the physical condition of the blade when determined.

    Abstract: A color light guide panel, suitable for differentiating an incident light into multiple color lights is provided. The color light guide panel includes a substrate and a color light output structure. The substrate has multiple pixel regions, and the color light output structure is disposed in each of the pixel regions. The color light output structure includes a first nano-pattern, a second nano-pattern and a third nano-pattern. The incident light is scattered by the first nano-pattern for producing a first color light, scattered by the second nano-pattern for producing a second color light, and scattered by the third nano-pattern for producing a third color light. The color light guide panel can output uniform and high luminous first, second and third color light. Moreover, a liquid crystal display device having the above color light output structure is also provided.

    Abstract: A clock system includes a clock signal generating circuit and a controlling circuit. The clock signal generating circuit is used for generating a primary clock signal and a reference clock signal both derived from an oscillating signal of the clock signal generating circuit. The controlling circuit is coupled to the clock signal generating circuit and used for receiving the primary clock signal under a normal mode and compensating timing information generated from the primary clock signal according to the reference clock signal when the clock system exits a power saving mode. The primary clock signal is de-activated when the clock system enters the power saving mode and is activated when the clock system exits the power saving mode. The clock system can keep a continue clock for system to use when the primary clock signal is gated or power saving mode is entered.

The method includes the steps of providing a conductive cloth interwoven by natural fibers or artificial fibers and containing a metal layer, and forming at least one colored resin-coating layer on the metal layer of the conductive cloth by means of blade coating, wherein the surface of the resin-coating layer does not exceed the intersections of warp yarns and weft yarns of the conductive cloth. The conductive cloth of the present invention has the characteristics of colored appearance, artificial or environmental contamination resistance, and low surface resistance.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of fabricating a micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) device. In an embodiment, a method includes providing a substrate including a first sacrificial layer, forming a micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) structure above the first sacrificial layer, and forming a release aperture at substantially a same level above the first sacrificial layer as the MEMS structure. The method further includes forming a second sacrificial layer above the MEMS structure and within the release aperture, and forming a first cap over the second sacrificial layer and the MEMS structure, wherein a leg of the first cap is disposed between the MEMS structure and the release aperture. The method further includes removing the first sacrificial layer, removing the second sacrificial layer through the release aperture, and plugging the release aperture. A MEMS device formed by such a method is also provided.

    Abstract: A submount and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The submount, on which at least a semiconductor die is disposed, is mounted on a circuit board. The submount includes a substrate made of a conductive material or a semiconducting material, a plurality of conductive film patterns, and an insulating film pattern. A surface of the substrate includes a die-bonding area and a plurality of conductive areas. The conductive film patterns are individually distributed in the respective conductive areas. The insulating film pattern is disposed between the conductive film pattern and the insulating film pattern, but is not disposed in the die-bonding area. Furthermore, the semiconductor die is disposed in the die-bonding area and is electrically connected with the conductive film patterns. Because the insulating film pattern is not being disposed in the die-bonding area of the submount, the submount structure has improved heat transfer efficiency.

The method and system first detects a wireless transmission capability between a first network node and a second network node. When the wireless transmission capability is lower than a threshold value, one set of reinforcing coordinates will be derived by introducing the first geographic information and the second geographic information. Afterwards, move a third network node to a position with the set of reinforcing coordinates to establish an alternative wireless transmission route between the first network note and second network node. Therefore, when an original wireless transmission route between any two network nodes is abnormal, the alternative wireless transmission route will be available in time and reduce the risks of losing transmission signals.
