    Abstract: The invention provides a slim type packaging structure with high heat dissipation, which is to provide a hole on the surface of a substrate, and then a die is placed inside the hole. Besides, a plurality of wire is separately connected from the die to the substrate. Alternatively, a heat-dissipating panel with good conductivity can be placed inside the hole, and then the die is placed on the heat-dissipating panel. Thus, after the substrate is soldered on the circuit board, a direct heat-dissipating path can be formed between the die and the circuit board; therefore, the die can dissipate heat without passing through the substrate. Hence, the slim type packaging structure with high heat dissipation provided by the invention can achieve double effects of good heat dissipation and package volume slimming as well as have the advantages of low cost and simple design.

An operational amplifier includes a non-converting input terminal coupled to a ground, a converting input terminal and an output terminal. A first resistor network including at least one stage is coupled between the converting input terminal and the output terminal. The first current path of each stage of the first resistor network is connected to the first node of the next stage, the second current path of each stage of the first resistor network is grounded, and the first current path of the first stage of the first resistor network is connected to the converting input terminal.     Abstract: A backfill prevention system for a gas flow conduit, comprising a gas flow monitor circuit which measures the rate and direction of gas flow through a gas flow conduit and converts the measured data into a voltage signal. A valve control circuit operably connected to a valve or valves in the gas flow conduit receives the voltage signal from the gas flow monitor circuit and closes the valve or valves in the event that the voltage signal indicates backflow of a gas through the gas flow conduit. The valve control conduit may further be provided with a first light emitting diode (LED) which is illuminated during normal flow of the gas through the conduit, and a second LED which is illuminated in the event of gas backflow through the conduit. The system is typically used in conjunction with a mass flow controller in the conduit.

    Abstract: An image processing device includes a peripheral circuit and an AFE device. The peripheral circuit is coupled to a display card, and the display signals may be inputted to the AFE device, which processes the display signals, via the peripheral circuit. The image signals outputted from the display card are single-ended analog signals including a red signal, a green signal and a blue signal. The AFE device receives the signals and then utilizes its red, green and blue converters to convert the signals into digital ones. It is to be noted that the red, green, and blue converters share the same ground, which is electrically connected to another ground of the peripheral circuit. Thus, the peripheral circuit and the AFE device have the same reference ground level so as to avoid the distortion caused when the image signals are converted from single-ended ones into the differential ones.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for clock adjustment in a receiving end of a communication system. The receiving end includes an analog to digital converter (ADC) and a frequency/phase error estimator. The ADC receives a transmitting signal and converts to a digital signal. The frequency/phase error estimator receives the digital signal and accordingly outputs a phase error signal. The device for clock adjustment includes a shaping filter and a phase adjuster. The shaping filter outputs a phase adjustment signal in accordance with the phase error signal and has a noise shaping property. The phase adjuster is connected to the shaping filter for outputting a clock signal in accordance with the phase adjustment signal.

The processing unit decodes voice data into decoded voices and the decoded voices are then transmitted to the register. When the number of high frequency clocks (such as a CPU clock, SDRAM clock, AGP clock and PCI clock) is not enough, the delay lock loop of the low frequency clock region can be cascaded to support insufficient clocks.

    Abstract: A method for coating low viscosity materials onto a wafer to form a uniform film. After a wafer is rotated at a first rotation speed, coating solution is drizzled onto the wafer. The wafer is decelerated to a second rotation speed at a first deceleration rate to spread the coating solution. Next, the wafer is slowly decelerated to a third rotation speed at a second deceleration rate considerably lower than the first deceleration rate, so the coating solution reflows to the center of the wafer. The wafer is then quickly accelerated to a fourth rotation speed at a third acceleration rate larger than the first deceleration rate to spread the coating solution again.
