    Abstract: A method of optical proximity correction executed by a computer system for modifying line patterns includes the following steps. First, providing an integrated circuit layout with parallel line patterns and interconnect patterns disposed corresponding to the parallel line patterns. Then, using the computer to modify the integrated circuit layout based on a position of the interconnect patterns so as to generate a convex portion and a concave portion respectively on two sides of each of the parallel line patterns. Portions of the line pattern in front of and behind the convex portion and the concave portion are straight lines and have an identical critical dimension.

    Abstract: A method for transmitting a three-dimensional (3D) picture in an MMS message is disclosed. The method includes: in a Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language (SMIL) file, a sender assigns a same Identifier (ID) for two different pictures, sets an attribute of each of the two pictures as a 3D display picture, and sends the two pictures to a receiver; or, a sender synthesizes two different pictures in the SMIL file into a file, assigns an ID for the synthesized file, sets an attribute of the ID as a 3D display picture, and sends the synthesized file to a receiver; and the receiver displays the two pictures in a 3D mode. A system for transmitting a 3D picture in an MMS message is also disclosed. With the technical solution of the disclosure, the problem that transmission of a 3D picture cannot be supported in an existing protocol can be solved.

The fuse circuit includes at least one electrical fuse, at least one control switch corresponding to the electrical fuse, and a resistant device. The control switch receives a control signal to determine whether a predetermined current flows through the corresponding electrical fuse and breaks the electrical fuse. The resistant device is coupled between a bulk terminal and a source terminal to increase a resistance of a parasitic channel, such that an electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection is enhanced, and errors of final test trimming of an IC chip are avoided.
