    Abstract: A vehicular turning indicator is used for automatically showing a turning degree of a vehicle. The vehicular turning indicator includes a sensor sensing a turning angle of the vehicle; a control device asserting a control signal according to the turning direction, the turning angle and optionally the speed of the vehicle; and a plurality of lightening units in communication with the control device brightening to constitute a variable pattern in response to the control signal. The vehicular turning indicator can be implemented by currently existent vehicular lamps such as indicator light, brake light or head-up display, be incorporated into an existent vehicular accessory such as rearview mirror module or auxiliary brake light module, or independently mounted to the vehicle. Preferably, special flashing effects are performed to make the turning indication prominent.

    Abstract: This application discloses an apparatus comprising a chassis comprising a box having a perforated top, a perforated bottom and four sidewalls, wherein at least two on the sidewalls have air vents therein near the bottom, a modular fan assembly removably coupled to the top of the chassis, and a retention mechanism to removably secure the modular fan assembly to the chassis. Also disclosed is a process comprising providing a chassis including one or more server blades therein, each server blade having a power consumption, if the power consumption of each blade is below a threshold power consumption, cooling the blades using natural convection, and if the power consumption of each blade is above a threshold power consumption, cooling the blades using forced convection. Other embodiments are disclosed and claimed.

    Abstract: An anti-glare rearview mirror assembly and a reflectance control method thereof are disclosed. The assembly includes an electrochromic rearview mirrors, two rearward light sensors, and a comparative controller. The sensors receiving a first rearward light from a first specified region and a second rearward light from a second specified region at the same time point, respectively, wherein the first and second specified regions partially overlap with each other. The intensities of the first and second rearview mirror light are compared to obtain a light difference. The reflectance of the anti-glare rearview mirror is adjusted according to the light difference.

    Abstract: A light-responsive control device of an electrochromic rearview mirror system is disclosed. The light-responsive control device includes a downward ambient light sensor and a, discriminating circuit for generating a first and a second reference levels provided for daytime and nighttime glaring determination, respectively. By providing a photo-sensor for each rearview mirror, and individually comparing the outputs of the photo-sensors with the first or the second reference level, the color-change degrees of different rearview mirrors can be individually controlled. By providing a variable resistor for the drive circuit, the initial reflection rate of the rearview mirror can be adjusted optionally.

    Abstract: A detecting device for detecting the rotation of a motor rotor includes a light source, an identification mark means positioned around the motor rotor, and a sensor for detecting the light beams emitted by the light source and coming from the identification mark means. The identification mark means can be positioned on a cylindrical shoulder formed around the rotor thereby rotating with the motor rotor synchronously. The light source can emit light beams at two different wavelengths, and the sensor can thus receive and read the light beams with the two different wavelengths respectively reflected from the identification mark means thereby producing according binary code signals carrying more detailed information thereof, whereby the detecting device can achieve very precise detection of the rotation of the motor rotor.

The first one is projecting a dark image immediately, as the projection lens cap covers the projection lens for longer than a first set time, the control unit switches to a power-saving mode, when it lasts longer than a second set time, the lamp and the system power supply are turned off, then, a fan cools the lamp, the control unit switches to a standby mode. The second one is switching to the power-saving mode directly, when it lasts longer than a second set time, the lamp and the system power supply are turned off, and a fan cools the lamp, then, the control unit switches to the standby mode.

    Abstract: A sensor for detecting the turning angle of a rotation shaft is separated a certain distance away from the shaft. The sensor comprises a light source for emitting light beams to a graduated color means mounted on the shaft and a light reader for reading the corresponding reflected light beams back from the graduated color means. The graduated color means is a longitudinal sheet of film and attached onto the surface of the shaft in its circumference direction thereby rotating with the shaft synchronously. A serial of color points are formed on the graduated color means along its longitudinal direction.
