    Abstract: A safety belt buckle includes a base unit, a cover covering and combined with the base unit, a locking device mounted in the cover, a torsion spring mounted on the cover, and a driving unit mounted on the cover. When in use, a latch plate of a safety belt is inserted into one of the insertion slots of the base unit. Thus, the user has to apply a determined force to overcome the elastic force of the torsion spring and to drive the driving unit so as to release the latch plate of the safety belt, thereby preventing the driving unit from being driven freely by an external force due to an unintentional touch or hit, and thereby preventing the latch plate of the safety belt from being unlatched easily.

    Abstract: Embodiments generally relate to link state change detection and notification within a server with embedded or directly integrated network switch. In a server configuration in which there is no longer a distinct separation between a network switch and a network interface card (NIC), the server can no longer immediately detect a change in the link state of any of the switch's ports. This can lead to connection failure. A Link State Policy Table is thus implemented within the embedded or integrated switch, capable of changing the NIC link state according to one or more pre-defined or user-defined policy settings. The server is then notified of the change in the NIC link state, and can release an old IP address or request a new IP address accordingly.

    Abstract: The present disclosure includes a switched capacitor power amplifier. In one embodiment, an SCPA includes a first capacitor array for coupling charge to a common node using first component of a signal. A second capacitor array couples charge to the common node using a second component of the signal. Relatives amplitudes between the first and second signal components may set a fine phase of the signal produced at the common node. Clock signals may be generated and used to set course phases of the signal. In one embodiment, the first and second signal components are in-phase and quadrature signals. In another embodiment, multiphase clocks are generated, and particular clocks having adjacent phases are selected to produce an output signal having a desired phase.
