    Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure are drawn to apparatuses and methods for transmission beamforming. A multiphase beam steering transmitter may include a transmitter array of multiple transmitters. A transmitter may include a multiphase logic decoder that directly controls a power amplifier to perform a vector addition of a beam phase and amplitude. A transmitter of the array may include a multiphase clock generator that outputs basis phases with embedded phase modulation data which are output to the multiphase logic decoder. The multiphase clock generator may receive a modulated clock signal. The PA may be a multiphase switched capacitor power amplifier. The multiphase logic decoder may output two phases adjacent to a desired phase as inputs to clocks of the SCPA. The multiphase logic decoder may further output a control signal that determines which cells in the SCPA are activated and when.

A processor of the electronic computing device executes a system program. The system program loads the whitelist into a memory during a initialization procedure. The system program detects that a specific application is triggered and retrieves the offset value of the specific application from the whitelist in the memory according to the name of the specific application. The system program forks a process to the specific application and updates a threshold of a garbage collection function according to the offset value.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device, a plurality of fin structures are formed over a semiconductor substrate. The fin structures extend along a first direction and are arranged in a second direction crossing the first direction. A plurality of sacrificial gate structures extending in the second direction are formed over the fin structures. An interlayer dielectric layer is formed over the plurality of fin structures between adjacent sacrificial gate structures. The sacrificial gate structures are cut into a plurality of pieces of sacrificial gate structures by forming gate end spaces along the second direction. Gate separation plugs are formed by filling the gate end spaces with two or more dielectric materials. The two or more dielectric materials includes a first layer and a second layer formed on the first layer, and a dielectric constant of the second layer is smaller than a dielectric constant of the first layer.
