A headrest body locking portion, a headrest body rotary tooth portion, and a turned headrest body locking portion are disposed on the fixed tooth. A rotary tooth portion is disposed on the rotary tooth. When the rotary tooth portion is mated with the headrest body locking portion on the fixed tooth, the headrest body is locked at an initial use position. When the rotary tooth portion is mated with the headrest body rotary tooth portion on the fixed tooth, the headrest body is at a turnable position. When the rotary tooth portion is mated with the turned headrest body locking portion on the fixed tooth, the headrest body is locked at a flat position.

The boron-containing spiro structure is connected with an electron-donating group to obtain a bipolar compound, and as a thermal activation delay fluorescence material, the bipolar compound can be used a light-emitting layer material, particularly a doped material, and can also be used as a fluorescent host material or a phosphorescent host material. The compound provided herein can achieve low drive voltages and high luminescence efficiencies when applied to organic electroluminescent devices.

To control partial pixel cells in the display, a donor pixel control circuit in a partial pixel cell may control the pixels in a receptor partial pixel cell without a pixel control circuit. To mitigate the size of an inactive area of the display, fanout signal lines for the display may be formed in the light-emitting active area of the display. The fanout signal lines may be formed between a row of pixel control circuits and a bottom edge of the light-emitting active area.

    Abstract: Three-dimensional (3D) interconnect structures employing via layer conductive structures in via layers are disclosed. The via layer conductive structures in a signal path in an interconnect structure are disposed in respective via layers adjacent to metal lines in metal layers. The via layer conductive structures increase the conductive cross-sections of signal paths between devices in an integrated circuit (IC) or to/from an external contact. The via layer conductive structures provide one or both of supplementing the height dimensions of metal lines and electrically coupling metal lines in the same or different metal layers to increase the conductive cross-section of a signal path. The increased conductive cross-section reduces current-resistance (IR) drop of signals and increases signal speed. As metal track pitches are reduced in size, signal path resistance increases. The via layer conductive structures are provided to reduce or avoid an even greater increase in resistance in the signal paths.
