Abstract: A processing device in a memory sub-system receives a plurality of requests to perform a plurality of input/output (IO) operations corresponding to a plurality of logical devices associated with a memory device and assigns the plurality of requests to respective queues associated with the plurality of logic devices. The processing device further iteratively processes the plurality of requests in view of respective numbers of operation credits associated with the plurality of logical devices, wherein the respective numbers of credits are based at least in part on respective sets of quality of service (QoS) parameters for the plurality of logical devices.

Abstract: A system and method for optimal allocation of agricultural water based on water consumption control are provided. The system includes a data management module, configured to store and manage data related to water allocation; a basic data statistics module, configured to take statistics on various stored data; an agricultural evapotranspiration (ET) calculation module, configured to calculate an agricultural ET based on the stored data and statistical data; and a water resource allocation module, configured to generate a corresponding water resource allocation scheme based on an agricultural ET of each water consumption unit and corresponding data. Surface water and groundwater are jointly allocated to reduce groundwater exploitation, increase groundwater recharge, reduce invalid water loss and consumption in a carrying and allocation process, and improve an output benefit of agricultural water supply.

Each cell includes at least one semiconductor active region extending lengthwise along a row direction perpendicular to the column direction. The metal tracks are formed by a photolithography process having a half-pitch resolution Rrow in the row direction. A first pitch of the metal tracks along the row direction is greater than or equal to 2Rrow. At least three rows of the metal tracks are in an area that is directly above the first and second cells and has a height equal to a sum of the first and second cell heights. A row of the metal tracks is disposed across a cell boundary of the first and second cells.

Abstract: Provided are a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) or CAR construct containing antibodies against BCMA and CD19, a nucleic acid molecule encoding the CAR or CAR construct, a modified immune cell, and a method for preparing the immune cell. The CAR or CAR construct and the modified immune cell are used for the prevention and/or treatment of B cell related conditions (e.g., B cell and plasma cell related malignant tumors or autoimmune diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus)), and can effectively avoid target escape and prevent the recurrence of multiple myeloma.

Abstract: Provided are methods for pre-cleaning a substrate. A substrate having tungsten oxide (WOx) thereon is soaked in tungsten fluoride (WF6), which reduces the tungsten oxide (WOx) to tungsten (W). Subsequently, the substrate is treated with hydrogen, e.g., plasma treatment or thermal treatment, to reduce the amount of fluorine present so that fluorine does not invade the underlying insulating layer.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an ostomy method and an implantation method. The ostomy method includes steps of making an incision in the chest to expose the heart, puncturing the left ventricle with a puncture needle, thrusting the puncture needle into the ventricular septum and then into the right ventricle to form a puncture site on the ventricular septum, and dilating the puncture site of the ventricular septum with a dilator to form an opening. The method of the present disclosure can reduce the death rate.

For example, this auxiliary object can comprise metadata or other content associated with or related to the first object. According to one embodiment, this auxiliary object can be assigned an identifier that not only uniquely identifies the auxiliary object but also identifies, within the identifier itself, the relationship to the first object. This relational naming can be used to track the relationship between objects, e.g., to update the auxiliary object based on changes to the first object, but without a separate mapping of the objects.

Abstract: Mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome is a unique active ingredient for preparing drugs for treating breast cancer. The breast cancer is preferably advanced breast cancer. A method for treating the breast cancer includes to administer mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome in a therapeutic effective amount to breast cancer patients, and the therapeutic effective amount means 8-30 mg/m2, according to mitoxantrone. Clinical trial results show that the mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome has better efficacy and fewer adverse reactions, and especially significantly reduced cardiotoxicity, compared with a common mitoxantrone hydrochloride injection.
