    Abstract: There is provided a method, apparatus and system for adapting a machine learning model for optical flow prediction. A machine learning model can be trained or adapted based on compressed video data, using motion vector information extracted from the compressed video data as ground-truth information for use in adapting the model to a motion vector prediction task. The model so adapted can accordingly be adapted for the similar task of optical flow prediction. Thus, the model can be adapted at test time to image data which is taken from an appropriate distribution. A meta-learning process can be performed prior to such model adaptation to potentially improve the model's performance.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a door lock, which may be implemented on a door panel of an electrical device such as a washing machine. The lock includes a housing that can be installed into the panel without hardware such as a mounting screw, eliminating a need to position a screw in the panel for mounting the lock. The lock housing may include a lock head that can move into or out of a groove formed as a recess into a clamping edge of the housing. Ramped surfaces and contact faces of the housing are provided that allow rotation of the housing during its installation into the panel, which force the lock head into the groove during the housing insertion into the panel and allow the lock head to restore by moving out of the groove when the housing is in an installed position, locking the housing in place.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a robot dynamic obstacle avoidance method based on a multimodal spiking neural network. The present invention realizes a robot obstacle avoidance method in a dynamic environment by fusing laser radar data and processed event camera data and combining with the intrinsic learnable threshold of the spiking neural network for a scenario comprising dynamic obstacles. It solves the difficulty of failure of obstacle avoidance due to the difficulty in perceiving the dynamic obstacles in the obstacle avoidance task of a robot. The present invention helps the robot to fully perceive the static information and the dynamic information of the environment, uses the learnable threshold mechanism of the spiking neural network for efficient reinforcement learning training and decision making, and realizes autonomous navigation and obstacle avoidance in the dynamic environment. An event data enhanced model is combined to better adapt to the dynamic environment for obstacle avoidance.
