    Abstract: A method of establishing a cancer screening model is provided, including: providing a plurality of samples and a plurality of corresponding cancer states; analyzing these samples by a low-resolution mass spectrometer to obtain a plurality of mass spectral data, wherein the low-resolution mass spectrometer is undertaken a mass accuracy level above 5 ppm and a mass resolution (m/?m) below 10,000; inputting these mass spectral data into a machine learning algorithm to obtain a plurality of markers by a feature selection method; and using these markers and these cancer states by the machine learning algorithms to establish cancer screening model.

    Abstract: Substrate processing systems and methods include: (a) seating a substrate on a support; (b) optically measuring center substrate temperature using a first pyrometer; (c) optically measuring edge substrate temperature using a second pyrometer; and (d) determining an edge offset temperature between the edge substrate temperature and the center substrate temperature. Three temperature ramping steps are used to heat up the substrate for processing: two fast ramping steps and one slow ramping steps. After substrate processing, an initial, controlled cooling step is provided. During at least the second fast temperature ramping step, the slow temperature ramping step, the substrate processing step(s), and the initial controlled cooling step, heating of the substrate is controlled to place and/or hold the edge offset temperature within predetermined ranges in order to maintain uniform temperature and/or a desired temperature gradient across the substrate.     Abstract: A method for simulating landslide stability based on geophysical exploration data is provided. Electrical resistivity ? of a to-be-detected rock-soil mass in a landslide area is measured. Geophysical exploration data of a landslide profile is acquired and processed, and an electrical resistivity profile is obtained by inversion. The electrical resistivity profile is subjected to interpret partition to obtain a corresponding landslide geological model. A relationship model between shear strength parameters and physical property parameters of a typical rock-soil mass is established. Shear strength parameters of the to-be-detected rock-soil mass are calculated according to the relationship model. A preset condition is loaded into the landslide geological model. A landslide stability numerical simulation result is outputted to evaluate the landslide stability.
