    Abstract: The present invention relates to a field of medical molecular biology, and in particular, a marker for homologous recombination deficiency (HRD), a method and a system for detection thereof. In the present invention, the genome-wide single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) with a high heterozygous rate suitable for the Chinese population are provided by screening SNP sites on the gnomAD records and over 300 Chinese whole-genome sequencing (WGS) data, thereby establishing a HRD scoring method. The HRD markers provided by the present invention allow HRD to be effectively scored, having a calculation result in high consistent with the WGS result.

One or more organoaluminum compounds or a mixture thereof serve as the cocatalyst. One or more structure control agent hydrocarbyl alkoxysilicons are compounded with one or more activity regulator organic acid esters as the external electron donor capable of automatically adjusting the polymerization rate. The Z-N catalyst is used for ?-olefin polymerization/copolymerization, and can automatically adjust the polymerization rate at a higher polymerization temperature so as to maintain stable operation of a reactor.

The die-bonding method delivers scattering heated dots over the target substrate to avoid warpage of PCB and ensures high bonding strength between the semiconductor elements and the circuit structure of the target substrate.

    Abstract: A memory scrubbing system includes a persistent memory device coupled to an operating system (OS) and a Basic Input/Output System (BIOS). During a boot process and prior to loading the OS, the BIOS retrieves a known memory location list that identifies known memory locations of uncorrectable errors in the persistent memory device and performs a partial memory scrubbing operation on the known memory locations. The BIOS adds any known memory locations that maintain an uncorrectable error to a memory scrub error list. The BIOS then initiates a full memory scrubbing operation on the persistent memory device, cause the OS to load and enter a runtime environment while the full memory scrubbing operation is being performed, and provides the memory scrub error list to the OS.

    Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards a method for forming a semiconductor structure. The method includes forming a plurality of upper alignment marks on a semiconductor wafer. A plurality of lower alignment marks is formed on a handle wafer and correspond to the upper alignment marks. The semiconductor wafer is bonded to the handle wafer such that centers of the upper alignment marks are laterally offset from centers of corresponding lower alignment marks. An overlay (OVL) shift is measured between the handle wafer and the semiconductor wafer by detecting the plurality of upper alignment marks and the plurality of lower alignment marks. A photolithography process is performed by a photolithography tool to partially form an integrated circuit (IC) structure over the semiconductor wafer. During the photolithography process the photolithography tool is compensatively aligned according to the OVL shift.
