    Abstract: A modeling method is provided. The modeling method includes: extracting multiple pieces of logging data corresponding to a plurality of logging characteristic parameters at different drilling depths of a sample well, based on a logging information of the sample well; marking the different drilling depths based on a lost circulation information of the sample well to distinguish lost circulation points and non-lost circulation points; and classifying the lost circulation points and the non-lost circulation points by adopting a random forest algorithm, based on the plurality of logging characteristic parameters and the multiple pieces of marked logging data at the different drilling depths, to establish a plurality of corresponding relations between the logging characteristic parameters and a lost circulation or non-lost circulation result, so as to obtain a diagnosis model.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a die-bonding method which provides a target substrate having a circuit structure with multiple electrical contacts and multiple semiconductor elements each semiconductor element having a pair of electrodes, arranges the multiple semiconductor elements on the target substrate with the pair of electrodes of each semiconductor element aligned with two corresponding electrical contacts of the target substrate, and applies at least one energy beam to join and electrically connect the at least one pair of electrodes of every at least one of the multiple semiconductor elements and the corresponding electrical contacts aligned therewith in a heating cycle by heat carried by the at least one energy beam in the heating cycle. The die-bonding method delivers scattering heated dots over the target substrate to avoid warpage of PCB and ensures high bonding strength between the semiconductor elements and the circuit structure of the target substrate.

    Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards a method for forming a semiconductor structure. The method includes forming a plurality of upper alignment marks on a semiconductor wafer. A plurality of lower alignment marks is formed on a handle wafer and correspond to the upper alignment marks. The semiconductor wafer is bonded to the handle wafer such that centers of the upper alignment marks are laterally offset from centers of corresponding lower alignment marks. An overlay (OVL) shift is measured between the handle wafer and the semiconductor wafer by detecting the plurality of upper alignment marks and the plurality of lower alignment marks. A photolithography process is performed by a photolithography tool to partially form an integrated circuit (IC) structure over the semiconductor wafer. During the photolithography process the photolithography tool is compensatively aligned according to the OVL shift.

    Abstract: A memory scrubbing system includes a persistent memory device coupled to an operating system (OS) and a Basic Input/Output System (BIOS). During a boot process and prior to loading the OS, the BIOS retrieves a known memory location list that identifies known memory locations of uncorrectable errors in the persistent memory device and performs a partial memory scrubbing operation on the known memory locations. The BIOS adds any known memory locations that maintain an uncorrectable error to a memory scrub error list. The BIOS then initiates a full memory scrubbing operation on the persistent memory device, cause the OS to load and enter a runtime environment while the full memory scrubbing operation is being performed, and provides the memory scrub error list to the OS.

    Abstract: Most protective masks are not designed to follow individual facial contours and have a limited ability to adjust to various facial sizes and shapes. A sealing cushion for use with surgical face masks and the like has a pliant body with a tacky surface and a wire embedded within, which together create a frame-like structure having a central aperture. The wire encased within the body of the cushion allows the apparatus to be shaped and fitted to the contours of the face to create a substantially airtight seal between the face and the mask. The sealing cushion can prevent or reduce entry of airborne contaminants around the sides and edges of the mask.

    Abstract: An artificial propagation method of Sinocyclocheilus rhinocerous, comprising placing female and male parent fish in a sterilized culture container in which a black cave simulant is placed in advance, strictly controlling the environmental parameters of the parent fish culture. The method realizes natural spawning and sperm production of S. rhinocerous under artificial conditions without using oxytocin. There is no oxytocin used in the artificial propagation, thus not only obtaining a higher fertilization rate and incubating rate, but also reducing the aquaculture cost. The operation is simpler and faster. At the same time, different feeds are fed in different growth stages according to the different growth characteristics of each stage of S. rhinocerous fry, thereby increasing the survival rate and reducing the deformity rate of fries. Therefore, the method provided by the present disclosure realizes efficient artificial propagation method of S. rhinocerous.
