    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for preparing large-area transition metal dichalcogenide (TMDC) single-crystal films and the products obtained therefrom. The method comprises the steps of: (1) providing a single-crystal C-plane sapphire with surface steps along <1010>directions; and (2) taking the sapphire in step (1) as the substrate, generating unidirectionally arranged TMDC domains on the sapphire surface based on a vapor deposition method and keeping the domains continuously grow and merge into a large-area single-crystal film. The lateral size of the TMDC single-crystal films prepared by the method can reach inch level or above, and is limited only by the size of the substrate.

    Abstract: A two-by-two array consists of four pixels. Each pixel comprises one light-sensing transistor and one reading transistor. Both the light sensing transistor and the reading transistor are formed above a same P-type semiconductor substrate, and have a composite dielectric gate structure. The substrates of the four reading transistors are connected to form a regular octagonal ring structure located in the center of the array. On four sides of the regular octagonal ring structure, four heavily-doped N+ regions are formed on the substrates not covered with the composite dielectric gate, of which every two regions are opposite to each other and form right angles, wherein two opposite heavily-doped N+ regions are connected to form a shared N+ source, and the other two are connected to form a shared N+ drain.

    Abstract: The present invention provides use of berbamine dihydrochloride in preparation of an Ebola virus inhibitor. In the present invention, the primed glycoprotein of the Ebola virus (EBOV-GPcl) is taken as a target site, and an antiviral active compound with the capability of binding to the EBOV-GPcl, i.e., berbamine dihydrochloride, is obtained through structure-based virtual screening. Berbamine dihydrochloride can specifically inhibit the entry of an Ebola recombinant virus by binding to the target protein EBOV-GPcl, thereby achieving the effect of anti-Ebola virus infection. The half-maximum effect concentration (EC50) of berbamine dihydrochloride against EBOV is 0.49 ?M, which indicates that berbamine dihydrochloride has a strong inhibition effect on EBOV.

This interaction graph is fitted to a social network model (or a composite model) by minimizing the distance between the input and the synthetic interaction graphs (of potentially different sizes). The distance is measured statistically or based on the performance of social media analytics.     Abstract: A method for preparing a GaN substrate material includes: performing in-situ epitaxy on a Ga2O3 thin film and a GaN thin film in a multifunctional HVPE growth system. First, the Ga2O3 thin film is grown on a substrate such as sapphire by an HVPE-like method, and the Ga2O3 is nitrided in an ammonia gas atmosphere to form a GaN/Ga2O3 composite thin film. Then, a GaN thick film is grown on the GaN/Ga2O3 composite thin film by HVPE to obtain a high-quality GaN thick film material. The Ga2O3 layer is removed by chemical etching to obtain a self-supporting GaN substrate material. Or, the conventional laser lift-off method is used to separate the GaN thick film from the heterogeneous substrate such as the sapphire to obtain a GaN self-supporting substrate material.
