    Abstract: A method for producing a substantially spherical metal powder is described. A particulate source metal includes a primary particulate and has an average starting particle size. The particulate source metal is optionally ball milled and mixed with a binder in a solvent to form a slurry. The slurry is granulated to form substantially spherical granules, wherein each granule comprises an agglomeration of particulate source metal in the binder. The granules are debinded at a debinding temperature to remove the binder from the granules forming debinded granules. The debinded granules are at least partially sintered at a sintering temperature such that particles within each granule fuse together to form partially or fully sintered solid granules. The granules can then be optionally recovered to form a substantially spherical metal powder.

In one example, a method of forming nanowire structures on a substrate includes performing an ion implantation process to dope dopants into a suspended nanowire structure on a substrate, the suspended nanowire includes multiple material layers having a spaced apart relationship repeatedly formed in the suspended nanowire structure, wherein the material layer predominantly comprises a first type of atoms formed therein, the dopants including a second type of atoms into the suspended nanowire structure, oxidating surfaces of the multiple material layers, and converting the first type of atoms in the material layer to the second type of atoms from the dopants doped therein.

    Abstract: Embodiments described herein generally relate to methods of forming sub-10 nm node FinFETs. Various processing steps are performed on a substrate to provide a trench defining a mandrel structure. Sidewalls of the mandrel structure and a bottom surface of the trench are oxidized and subsequently etched to reduce a width of the mandrel structure. The oxidation and etching of the mandrel structure may be repeated until a desired width of the mandrel structure is achieved. A semiconducting material is subsequently deposited on a regrowth region of the mandrel structure to form a fin structure. The oxidizing and etching the mandrel structure provides a method for forming the fin structure which can achieve sub-10 nm node dimensions and provide increasingly smaller FinFETs.

    Abstract: This invention publishes a fault diagnosis and location system for transformer core looseness, consists of vibration sensors, data collection and computer. It is of power transformer fault intelligent diagnosis technology technical field. Fault diagnosis and location method uses three vibration sensors positioned on the top of transformer tank, to obtain vibration signal, uses signal processing to analyze the signal, and obtains fault characteristics of the transformer core looseness. The characteristics respectively are 50 Hz, 150 Hz and 300 Hz frequency components, in which 300 Hz is main feature. When they reach a certain value at one position, it suggests that transformer core looseness near this position. By the comparison of differences among signals of three positions, fault location can be done. This invention manifests fault characteristics accurately and detects core looseness efficiently.

The method further includes determining a set of candidate paths for each source-destination pairs (SD) in the SDN network using the joint representation, selecting a candidate path from the set of candidate paths for each SD pair in the SDN network, and programming a set of switches in the data plane of the SDN network to forward the data traffic according to the selected candidate path.

The mechanism can prevent random access of a large number of users who have received the group paging from overloading the RAN and from impacting conventional human-to-human (H2H) users.

The network contains a plurality of network devices managed by a SDN controller and offers a set of services to subscribers. Subsets of the set of services are included in ordered service chains for subscribers. The method starts with determining a list of bandwidth consumption entities of a service for each service, where each bandwidth consumption entity is based on one or more chains of services. Then a weight of each service is calculated based on the list of bandwidth consumption entities of the service and a service with the highest weight within a group of services that have not been placed in the SDN system is selected. The selected service is then placed at a network device based at least partially on calculating bandwidth impacts to the SDN system by the service.
